Why would kam keep putting her hands on the side? They told her not to? I know it was a very difficult situation but still? Was she too short? Or what?

S16 and S26 were both FvF seasons, so what if that trend continued for S36, replacing Ghost Island? My criteria for this is one time players from Seasons 26 to 36. (No players from Second Chance, Game Changers). I will be using similar casting traits that Production showed in casting Micronesia and Caramoan. Here is my cast:

Before I get mega heat for my cast, I wanted to get a variety of players with different ‘archetypes’. I feel like this is a good mix of players with different ages, play styles, and archetypes. Thoughts?

Hello to whoever is reading this! Here is some info about the build I have just finished:
O11 Dynamic case
Ryzen 5900x (completely stock)
ASUS x570 E gaming motherboard
64GB 3600 TridentZ Royal RAM
MSI RTX 2070 Super (Overclocked, but it never runs hotter than 50C and has no issues)
Fractal Design celsius+ s36 dynamic AIO
6 Scythe ARGB Kaze Flex PWM 1800rpm fans
1000w BeQuiet platinum PSU
Just an FYI - I have googled a lot of these questions in the past few days, a lot of research went into building everything properly. All the BIOS, drivers and etc. are obviously up to date. I can't call myself an expert, but I am a proud PC user for past 12 years, so I know a thing or too. Also I love watching tech channels on YT and reading about peoples build on Reddit.
I have mounted my AIO on the top with push config. 3 fans on the bottom and 3 on the side are installed as intake. However, I have replaced the original AIO fans with Kaze fans, for the aesthetics purposes. I plugged them in directly into the headers, that come on the radiator and then I plugged the AIO cable itself into the CPU fan header for the cable management purposes. And the fans that came with AIO are now my side intake. Everything was absolutely fine, until I decided to tinker with the fan curves in Ai Suite 3. I could not find a comprehensive guide anywhere, that explained how to set up the fan curve for this exact AIO, so I went with constant 45% until the temp reaches 50C, second point is 60% at 65С and the final point is 80% at 75C after which it goes full bananas 100%. The other fans are set to a similar curve, with same key temperatures, except I am running them at 30% on idle.
First I have ran Cinebench single core and multi core for a test and got the scores, that were slightly lower than I saw on the internet, however I was running some other programs at the same time and it most likely have been the issue. After that I have ran 30 minute Cinebench CPU load test and the CPU Package Temp never went over 70C, while the socket CPU temp never went over 60 . PC itself ran pretty quiet, but I wanted to make it a bit quieter, so I decided to play around a bit more. And thats when I decided to take a look at the fan RPMs. Case fans were running fine at around 600 rpm in idle. But the fans on AIO were showing 1600 RPM on 45% and maximum registered amount was 2780 RPM! I was very confused and couldnt understand how is it possible for a 1800 RPM fan to run at almost 1000 RPM more than advertised. So I thought to myself that it was some sort of mistake, went back to AI Suite and selected the default "Full Speed" profile. The same thing occured, based on the readings the fans ran at 2700 RPM, which does not make sense to me, because even the original AIO fans are designed to run at maximum 2000 RPM. A quick note, the bottom intake fans, that are the exact same model as the ones I have on the AIO, ran at around 1800 RPM when the "Full Speed" was on.
Another small thing that I have noticed. CPU runs very stable, at around 50-60C package temp in games like Destiny 2, PUBG and etc, even when they are on maxed out settings. Never runs over 70C package temp in Cinebench stress test. However, every time I open Chrome or download Steam download is in progress - it goes from like 45C package temp in idle to 60C and sometimes even 70C, CPU boosts to 4900+ MHz all core, even though the load is not that high. One time PC even randomly rebooted when I put the AIO fans to 25% on idle, after I spent 10 minutes just browsing Steam Market and right after the reboot CPU temps were around 70-77C, but cooled down in a few seconds.
So here are some questions based on my story (Sorry if they might seem dumb to someone, but they really worry me):
1) Is it really possible for 1800 RPM fan to run at 2800 RPM without any interaction on my side? And can it hurt the fans?
2) How would a good fan curve look for Celsius+ S36 Dynamic if I want to set it myself?
3) Should I even plug in the fans directly into AIO to have one cable both for pump and the fans, or should I buy another splitter and plug them in seperately?
4) What CPU and CPU package temps (since they are usually 10-15C apart from each other) are considered to be ok for Amd 5900x on idle and under full load with a 360 AIO?
5) Overall any suggestions on what I can test or look at to get a more clear understanding of my system? It is not the first PC I have built, I have helped multiple friends with their PC's and upgraded my ancient beast with some new parts multiple times. But this build is certainly the most packed with cables and different components, also fiest time dealing with an AMD cpu and I really dont want to mess anything up. Been waiting to do this upgrade for a while from my i7-2600k dinosaur, because I need the PC for editing and color correcting drone footage from work and playing a little bit of games in the spare time.
I know everyone is super busy with taking their Doge Coins and Gamestop shares to the moon, so HUGE thanks in advance to whoever read all these many letters and I hope someone will be able to give me some helpful advice.
