As COVID-19 cases continue to rise, Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine today implored Pennsylvanians to take the next three weeks and stand united against the virus by adhering to existing mitigation orders and stricter efforts announced today.

The new, limited-time mitigation orders take effect at 12:01 a.m. on December 12, and remain in effect until 8 a.m. on January 4, 2021.
“Each of the last two days we have reported the highest number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic,” Dr. Rachel Levine said. “In the past week, we have reported close to 1,100 new deaths from COVID-19 across Pennsylvania. The virus continues to strain our health care systems and the dramatic rise in cases among all age groups, including among school-age children, is alarming. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been more than 37,500 cases among children age 5 to 18, yet 9,500 of those cases occurred in the past two weeks.”

Buiten sporten op 1,5 meter afstand is toegestaan maar sportwedstrijden binnen en buiten, inclusief betaald voetbal, zijn pas toegestaan vanaf 1 september.

Wanneer grote evenementen zoals festivals kunnen worden hervat is nog niet bekend.
Als één gezinslid of lid van een huishouden ernstige klachten heeft, zoals hoesten en koorts, dient het hele huishouden thuis te blijven, met uitzondering van mensen in vitale beroepen. Heeft een persoon milde klachten, zoals hoesten of een lichte verhoging, dan mogen andere mensen uit het huishouden zonder klachten wel naar buiten.
Ouderen in een verzorgingstehuis kunnen door maximaal 2 vaste bezoekers bezocht worden.
Het steunpakket voor bedrijven wordt na 1 juni met 3 maanden verlengd. Bedrijven die mensen ontslaan om bedrijfseconomische redenen worden gekort, maar de extra ontslagboete verdwijnt. Bedrijven die steun krijgen mogen geen bonussen of dividend uitkeren.
De mogelijkheid voor het aanvragen van belastinguitstel wordt verlengd tot 1 september.
Horeca, recreatie en theaters kunnen afhankelijk van de hoogte van hun omzetverlies steun krijgen tot 20.000 euro.
Het steunpakket voor zzp'ers wordt ook verlengd, maar vanaf 1 juni geldt de partnertoets voor inkomen wel weer.

Hoe kun je verspreiding van het coronavirus voorkomen?

Houd 1,5 meter afstand (2 armlengtes) van anderen. Dit geldt voor iedereen, behalve thuis en binnen het gezin/huishouden.
Blijf zoveel mogelijk thuis, ontvang zo min mogelijk bezoek (maximaal 3 bezoekers) en houd dan 1,5 meter afstand tot elkaar.
Ga alleen naar buiten als dat nodig is, zoals voor werk of boodschappen, of om iets voor een ander te doen.
Was je handen 20 seconden lang met water en zeep en droog ze goed, voordat je naar buiten gaat, als je weer thuis komt, als je je neus hebt gesnoten, vóór het eten en nadat je naar de wc bent geweest.
Hoest en nies in de binnenkant van je elleboog.
Gebruik papieren zakdoekjes om je neus te snuiten en gooi deze daarna weg.

Alle mbo-instellingen, hogescholen en universiteiten blijven voorlopig grotendeels dicht, maar er wordt onderzocht wanneer deze weer volledig open kunnen gaan. Beperkte activiteiten zoals praktijklessen, examens, tentamens en speciale begeleiding kunnen wel worden hervat op 15 juni.
Locaties waar mensen in contactberoepen werken, zoals kappers, schoonheidsspecialisten en rij-instructeurs zijn opengegaan op 11 mei, mits ze veiligheidsmaatregelen in acht nemen. Betaal zoveel mogelijk contactloos.
Alle cafés en restaurants inclusief terrassen, campingvoorzieningen, musea, culturele instellingen en bioscopen gaan open op 1 juni, mits er 1,5 meter afstand bewaard kan worden. Het maximaal aantal toegestane bezoekers is 30 (en maximaal 100 vanaf 1 september) maar voor terrassen geldt het maximum van 30 niet als er voldoende plaats is. Er moet gereserveerd worden en zoveel mogelijk contactlooos betaald worden.
Sauna's, fitnessclubs, casino's, coffeeshops, locaties met sekswerkers en kantines gaan open op 1 september. Er moet vooraf gereserveerd worden en/of er moeten veiligheidsmaatregelen vooraf besproken worden.
Seks hebben met één vaste partner is het verstandigste. Als je geen vaste partner hebt, maak dan van tevoren goede afspraken met één persoon en maak gebruik van anti-conceptiemiddelen en/of middelen die een kans op een soa beperken.
Buiten sporten op 1,5 meter afstand is toegestaan maar sportwedstrijden binnen en buiten, inclusief betaald voetbal, zijn pas toegestaan vanaf 1 september.
Georganiseerde samenkomsten tot 100 personen zijn toegestaan vanaf 1 september.
Wanneer grote evenementen zoals festivals kunnen worden hervat is nog niet bekend.
Als één gezinslid of lid van een huishouden ernstige klachten heeft, zoals hoesten en koorts, dient het hele huishouden thuis te blijven, met uitzondering van mensen in vitale beroepen. Heeft een persoon milde klachten, zoals hoesten of een lichte verhoging, dan mogen andere mensen uit het huishouden zonder klachten wel naar buiten.
Ouderen in een verzorgingstehuis kunnen door maximaal 2 vaste bezoekers bezocht worden.
Het steunpakket voor bedrijven wordt na 1 juni met 3 maanden verlengd. Bedrijven die mensen ontslaan om bedrijfseconomische redenen worden gekort, maar de extra ontslagboete verdwijnt. Bedrijven die steun krijgen mogen geen bonussen of dividend uitkeren.
De mogelijkheid voor het aanvragen van belastinguitstel wordt verlengd tot 1 september.
Horeca, recreatie en theaters kunnen afhankelijk van de hoogte van hun omzetverlies steun krijgen tot 20.000 euro.
Het steunpakket voor zzp'ers wordt ook verlengd, maar vanaf 1 juni gaat de partnertoets voor inkomen wel weer gelden.

Hoe kun je verspreiding van het coronavirus voorkomen?

Houd 1,5 meter afstand (2 armlengtes) van anderen. Dit geldt voor iedereen, behalve thuis en binnen het gezin/huishouden.
Blijf zoveel mogelijk thuis, ontvang zo min mogelijk bezoek (maximaal 3 bezoekers) en houd dan 1,5 meter afstand tot elkaar.
Ga alleen naar buiten als dat nodig is, zoals voor werk of boodschappen, of om iets voor een ander te doen.
Was je handen 20 seconden lang met water en zeep en droog ze goed, voordat je naar buiten gaat, als je weer thuis komt, als je je neus hebt gesnoten, vóór het eten en nadat je naar de wc bent geweest.

Gebruik papieren zakdoekjes om je neus te snuiten en gooi deze daarna weg.

- Harley has always been distant from his family and never really talks to/about them. He enjoys working with birds and has had his job for about 12 years. He often gets mistaken as creepy or intimidating mainly based on his serious demeanor.

- Shawn likes to describe himself as an "Athletic Geek". He works as a screenwriter for an animated show, but when he's not writing or watching cartoons/anime, he's working out and playing sports with his friends. He's ready to show survivor how a geek truly wins Survivor.
Michael Krumptone, 47, Band Director (made by u/swoldow)
- Michael had dreams of being a musician since he was a kid, and had the drive to learn his craft to the best of his ability.... however the eighties weren't really the most popular time period for french horn players, so he could never get that big break he always thought he'd have, despite getting a music degree. As a result, he grew old and bitter, resenting modern genres of music like rock and rap, as they are what took his career away from him. He does marching band at a few high schools and basically treats it like it's prison camp due to how bitter he is, and he eventually grew to love his job; torturing kids like him into giving up on their dreams. However, he still hates his wife, as he recently had to pick up another school to teach to pay for his ungrateful wife's netflix, so he needs money somehow.
Robert 'R2' Reyes, 25, Medical Student (made by u/Gemini_B)
- R2 was raised by Chinese immigrants. They always had the highest expectations for him, and encouraged him to enter the medical field. His life is very stressful though, as he always worries about not being good enough for his parents dreams. In the recent years, his parents have been struggling financially, but refuse to use any money reserved for R2's education. Winning survivor will allow him to continue his schooling and take care of his aging parents.
Karl Pearson, 42, Gardner (made by u/TDSwaggyBoy)
- Karl has always loved the outdoors. He's a very outdoorsy kind of guy, loving adventures of all kind. As a kid, Karl was always a bit of an oddball and an off-beat. Despite it, however, he always managed to surround himself with a good, close group of friends. Karl is an only child, and his mom sadly passed away a short while after he was born. Ever since a young age he had to work in order to help his dad with paying their bills and taking care of their house, which made him quite responsible, surprisingly.
Brett Herman, 28, Poker Player (made by u/Twig7665)
- Brett was born into wealth on a mansion in Texas, and lived through most of his childhood in that wealth, until his father was caught up in a huge scandal that left him without money, so at age seventeen Brett ran away to Las Vegas where he could begin a new life. He started playing poker in the streets, and when he was old enough to gamble, he went to a casino, and stunned his opponents by winning the first time he played for money. Soon, people began to realize his talent, and he played in his first professional poker game at the age of 22. Once again, he won, and he became one of the most successful professional poker players in history. This fame caused him to grow arrogant and become a huge jerk, even to his manager. Now rich again, he isn't playing the game for money, he's playing the game to try something new and to gain another title.
Carter Jonese, 23, Author (made by u/chia923)
- Carter was always the baby, even though he was born two minutes before his twin, Matt. This has caused him to be a little immature, leading to him being bullied at school. He later started keeping a diary, which was later found by his girlfriend, Carmen. She understood his life, and the incident brought them closer. She suggested that he become an author and Carter agreed. He has now been married to her and they are planning to have a child soon.
Zed Raymond, 53, Janitor (made by u/Nahuelfire39)
- Zed was a famously arrogant pimp and strategist who had a lot of money-making deals with the mob and their women. However, the police arrested him for illegal business and drug dealing. Zed went to jail for several years, until he was finally released, but he had to start from scratch. Now Zed works as a janitor who at least wins some money. Zed learned what he did in the past, but he is still arrogant without going to extremes, and he knows how to control his smile and his brain perfectly.

- Angel can be classified as a California Girl, but she also has a "no shit taking" attitude. If she feels that someone is pulling your chain, she'll take action. In this case on Survivor, she'll do what she can to vote your ass out.
Josie Lopez, 22, Bartender (made by u/swoldow)
- Josie was raised with the illusion he had a perfect wife. Her father, Capy's Survivor player Xangetti DeFranco ran a successful real estate business, and her mother was kind and nurturing to both her, and her identical twin sister, but all of that changed when their father mysteriously disappeared from their penthouse, and their mother became distraught, telling Josie her dad got arrested for numerous forms of scamming, and has been hiding from everyone that he has been a loan shark. This of course made Josie very depressed, but her opinions on her parents began to shift further. In that time, her mother became a huge helecoptor mom, not wanting either sibling to do anything bad in fear that they'll lie to her like her husband did, and spread numerous lies to her children about him. However, unlike her twin, Josie has seen through her mom's manipulation tactics, and has been spending every waking moment of her life trying to contact her dad. Trying to get connections to find him, she works as a bartender while lying to her mom about working nights at a library. Her philosophy is that everyone deserves a second chance in life, and she hopes the million will get her financially independent enough where she can live on her own.
Katrina MacQuoid, 58, Prosthodontist (made by u/Gemini_B)
- Katrina’s parents we’re performers in Kentucky. They lived and breathed theater and expected their daughter to be the same. Though Katrina loved being the center of attention, and still does, she never loved the stage the way her parents did. Her parents wanted her to continue to pursue something arts related, and she became an advertising adjective, but never felt satisfied. When she learned that Kentucky was looking for jobs in the dental field, she felt it would be a perfect field to enter. She always found teeth interesting, I mean, are they bones? But they fall out? So weird. She returned to school at age 35 and became a Prosthodontist at age 43. She’s worked as a Prosthodontist since then and (While not at the level of Peter) has a firm understanding of the most important hole in the human body, the mouth. While she’s liked by many people because of her fun personality, she has trouble forming 1 on 1 bonds and has never found the special one. As a child she often got in trouble for anger issues with her parents, so she began to hold in her anger and let it out in huge, uncontrollable fits when her parents weren't around. This holding in of anger until she can’t contain it is a habit she continues to have, blaming her rages on “Hurricane Katrina” as a sort of justification of her actions. She’s never left Kentucky and while she’s very book smart, she can often be very ignorant on other subjects.
Tori Kane, 27, Music Producer (made by u/TDSwaggyBoy)
- Tori always had a passion for music and natural talent, and by the time she turned 14 she had already known how to play on almost 9 different instruments. She always wanted to become either a singer, a member of a band or just do something in the music industry. And lo and behold, she became a music producer for some of the bigger known artist. And she's only 27! Tori's already high up in the sky! And now, she wants to take on a brand new challenge. She always manages to overcome EVERYTHING, so this should be a piece of cake to her!
Lela Walker, 36, School Psychologist (made by u/dramaking_22)
- When Lela was 11, she had to deal with a very stressful and traumatic decision, and when her parent's fighting turned physical, she called the police on her own father. Since then, her and her mother had to be strong together, without him. That's when she knew she wanted to help people. When she first told her mom she wanted to be a school psychologist, she didn't really like it, but eventually she decided to follow her dreams and major in psychology. After having a successful career in psychology, Lela's mom still wasn't convinced she was making enough money... so she went on to survive to prove it!
Dixie O'Brien, 28, Fashion Designer (made by u/dramaking_22)
- Dixie has grown up with a lot of opinions, and she doesn't hold back on any of them. Growing up in the South, her parents always expected her to eventually take over their small farm. But when Dixie announced to the whole table one night that she wanted to be a fashion designer, her parents were mortified. Dixie was not changing her mind, whether her parents wanted her to or not, and eventually they supported her decision. After she got done college, Dixie has made several successful clothing pieces, under the clothing line "Dixie Chicks". She hopes to win Survivor to promote her company and make her family proud.

Ximena Verez, 22, Fencer (made by u/asiansurvivorfan)
- Ximena grew up poor and therefore had to start earning money at an early age by delivering stock. On one of her trips, she was kidnapped and abducted by a group of men that worked for a wanted druglord and rapist. She along with her 3 fellow captives were beaten, abused, and raped for 4 years missing and undetected. After years of mistreatment, Ximena and the other captives were finally found and released. Although it was reliving to be free again, she was deeply traumatized by everything her captor did to her and had an extremely tough time trying to adapt to the real world again. She decided to seek help and was sent to a rehab facility where she got help relieve her trauma. One of the things she picked up was the martial arts which eventually developed into an interest in fencing. Despite it being a male dominated sport, Ximena was adamant on showing young girls they can accomplish anything no matter the hardships they’ve gone through. After her time in rehab,she managed to recover and now spends her time competing in championships all around the world. She came to be a voice for domestic abuse victims

Season: Capy's Survivor: One World
18th - The Manono tribe quickly became a world divided (ironic) as R2, Forrest, and Michael decided to form a Final 3 pact. The others heard of this, and Brett, Carter, Harley, Karl, and Shawn formed another alliance to counter it. Zed decided to stay on the outside, as he didn’t feel comfortable aligning with anyone this early. Since they had majority, the 5-person alliance decided to try to take the easy way out, and vote for the leader of the opposing alliance, R2. Little did they know, R2 had an idol, sending Karl packing in a 5*-4 vote. Eliminated: Karl
17th - Much like their fellow tribe, Salani also became a war between 2 alliances, those being Angel-Tori-Toni and ChadBane-Josie-Katrina. Knowing flippers are dangerous, ChadBane-Josie-Katrine decided to vote out one of the swing votes, Lela. Angel-Tori-Toni decided on Katrina, seeing her as a goat to the opposite side, which they did not want moving ahead, they obviously managed to get Lela’s vote. But, ChadBane, Katrine, and Josie managed to convince the other 2, Dixie and Ximena, to flip to their side. Sending Lela packing 5-4. Eliminated: Lela
16th - Manono was back to tribal council. It was a tribe divided between Brett-Carter-Harley-Shawn and Forrest-Michael-R2, alongside swing vote Zed. Zed decided to stick with the 3, because the other 4 were being bullies among the tribe, and just seen as threats. Both sides decided to vote the opposing sides leader-figure, being R2 and Brett. It was a 4-4, but Shawn realized he was only hurting his game by staying loyal to the alliance, so he decided to flip. Sending Brett home on a 4-4; 4-2 vote. Eliminated: Brett.
15th - Salani was back at tribal. The alliances were still going strong. With Ximena and Dixie still in the middle. But, Ximena was trying to be a villainous switch, and the 2 alliances said they only needed 1 swing vote to gain a majority, and that Ximena was being untrustworthy, and they can’t keep someone like that until the merge, because she just had a clashing personality with the rest of the tribe, and it wasn’t sitting well. But, little did they know, Ximena had an idol. So she decided that Toni was her biggest adversary currently in the game, and personally. So she sent her home 7*-1. Eliminated: Toni.
14th - A tribe swap occurs, putting Angel, Dixie, Josie, Katrina, Michael, Tori and Zed onto Manono. With Carter, ChadBane, Forrest, Harley, R2, Shawn, and Ximena on Salani. Salani wins the first post-swap immunity, sending Manono to Tribal Council. Ximena manages to find the Salani idol, meaning Forrest (who found the original Manono idol) and Ximena have idols. At the Manono camp, Tori is already making bad first impressions on Michael and Zed, when they approach the other woman, they agree that they need to take her out. But this is secretly just because the other woman just don’t get along well with Tori, and they don’t want her putting the woman at a disadvantage in the future. So by a unanimous vote of 6-1, Tori is sent packing. Eliminated: Tori.
13th - Salani wins another immunity challenge, sending Manono back to the tribal council. Where Zed and Angel have a fight, and the rest of the tribe has had enough of their little rivalry. But, wanting to be in the good with the men coming into the merge, Josie, Dixie, and Katrine decide it will be the best to vote Angel out, even if it does give them a slight disadvantage. Angel goes out in a 4-2. Eliminated: Angel
12th - The merge occurs, which means Carter, ChadBane, Dixie, Forrest, Harley, Josie, Katrina, Michael, R2, Shawn, Ximena, and Zed made the merge. Katrina wins the first immunity challenge. Back at camp, being very divided during the swap, the alliance of Josie, Michael, Zed, Katrina, and Dixie quickly dissolves. Everyone is targeting Ximena, not knowing she has another idol. But Zed wants to try and help a fellow former swing vote. So he tries to rally the girls in an attempt to boot a guy, but they don’t listen. It was a 10-2 for Ximena, but she uses her idol. Blindsiding Carter. Eliminated: Carter.
11th - ChadBane wins the immunity challenge. Knowing there is no hope anymore for Ximena, Zed decides to try to decrease the target on his back by flipping back over to the other side of the vote, as he knows there is no way he will get votes. Ximena goes out in a 10-1 vote. Eliminated: Ximena
10th - ChadBane wins their second immunity in a row. Back at camp, in an attempt to improve his social game, Zed goes and talks to Josie, and they end up bonding a lot. The girls decide that they need to stop trying to vote out their own, as they are down 6-4 in numbers. Luckily for them, R2, Forrest, and Michael decide it will be for the best to vote out Shawn, as he is doing good in the challenges and has a natural charm. They manage to get Zed on board, as he feels like he is on the outside. The women feel like this is a perfect opportunity to take. Shawn is blindsided 8-2. Eliminated: Shawn.
9th - ChadBane wins their third immunity in a row. Seeing him as a major social and strategic threat on the other side, the girls decide that R2 is their biggest adversary. R2 is also targeting Dixie with all the guys because she is seen as a goat to some of the girls, and she can’t make it to the end. Zed ends up flipping in favor of the girls, as he sees R2’s threat level, and is still trying to seal cracks from defending Ximena. But, R2 knows that the girls being quiet towards his is probably not a good sign, and plays his new-found idol just in case. Blindsiding Dixie 5*-4. Eliminated: Dixie.
8th - R2 manages to win immunity, foiling Zed and the girl’s plans of attempting to flip someone in a tie. The girls decide to target R2’s right hand man, Harley. While the guys decide that challenge beat, ChadBane is their biggest target. Zed, the swing vote, is thinking. now with the girls being in a minority instead of a tied majority, and him seeing ChadBane as a bigger threat, he decides to flip back with the guys. Yet another blindside, with ChadBane going out 5-3. Eliminated: ChadBane.
7th - R2 snags another immunity win. Zed is attempting to reconcile his relationship and alliance with Michael. It works, and he manages to convince Michael that they are not priority, that they are not the priority with the guys, and they will take them out whenever they have a chance. They decide that going with the girls target of Forrest would be good. R2, Forrest, and Harley figure that this is happening, as Michael has been strangely quiet towards them. R2 decides that they are too smart to go for the same target twice in a row, and he tells Forrest to play his idol on himself. He does, blocking 5 votes, and blindsiding Josie. Eliminated: Josie.
6th - Katrina wins her second immunity, pitting the guys against each other. Both alliances approach Katrina, with Zed-Michael targeting R2, and R2-Forrest-Harley targeting Michael. Katrina decides that taking the risky move, and forcing a tie with R2 and Michael is the best bet, as someone might flip to their side, seeing as R2 is a major threat. It does tie, Zed and Katrina know that flipping to Michael is very stupid. Forrest and Harley decide that, even though he is a threat, they will make it farther in the game with R2, and having an 100% chance of losing an ally is better than a 50% chance, it ties again. Forrest, Harley, and Zed draw rocks. Forrest draws the black rock, and is promptly eliminated. Eliminated: Forrest.
5th - R2 wins his third immunity. But, he is also panicking, as he just lost one of his intended goats, and might not be able to save his other, Harley. He gathers Zed, Michael, and Harley and tell them that they need to stick with their original alliance. Michael and Zed find this plan good, as it guarantees them a spot. But, they didn’t expect that R2 does not trust them, and he knows Michael is well spoken, and a jury threat. So he decides last-minute to round up Katrina and Harley to blindside him. Michael joins the many people blindsided this season, going out in a 3-2. Eliminated: Michael.
4th - R2 manages to win Final Immunity, which means he won 4 immunities in all. Wanting his game-long enemy, Zed, out R2 decides that even though bringing Katrina will lose him a few votes, he should take Zed out just in case. Zed is the last one to go home by a 3-1 vote. Eliminated: Zed.
Final Tribal Council - R2 manages to win by a vote of 7-2-0, for his well-rounded game, winning 4 immunities, being one of the better strategists this season, orchestrating many blindsides, and playing a great social game. Katrina manages to gather 2 because of her challenge wins and because Dixie and ChadBane were bitter about how they went out. Harley did…. pretty much nothing, so he didn’t get any votes.
My thoughts - One of the better seasons in a while. Dominant winner, but also well-rounded. Definitely deserved it. The sheer amount of blindsides and people getting idoled out was overwhelming at times, but also fun to watch. With being on the bottom of the totem pole the whole game, Zed really managed to work it out, I would’ve liked to see a Katrina-Zed-R2 Final 3. I would like to see how that would work out. All-in-all, a good season. I give it a 6.5/10.

Being Shuffled Out of Buffalo
This was the year we would make it. Things were going well. Work was there for the choosing and what we chose this time was based completely on money. It was 1968 and we were being paid $1250.00 per night. We thought we were on top.
The Hip Pocket was a five piece "show band". In those days that meant you put on a theatrical presentation, not just played music. We traveled with a large truckload of equipment; many amps, speakers, lights and toys.
The lead guitar player alone had 12 four-speaker Marshall cabinets with four modified power heads. The bass player used 8 Bruce bass cabinets, which had built in 200 watt amps and two 15" speakers in each. This wall of speakers were so high that the drummer and myself, the organist, each had to be staged on risers many feet in the air.
Our light show was great. We carried all the toys. Lights, strobes, smoke and bubble machines, and projectors. We had flash boxes that used gunpowder to create flashes of light and smoke. A side line: One of these boxes with six charges was placed on the top of my B-3. On this particular tour we had some new road staff and they didn't have it all together.(to say the least) One of these Roadies was given the job of firing the charges on cue. The remote box had six switches, one for each charge. Well the time came for one of the charges to be fired, but the “Fool” hit all six switchers at once blowing me off the organ and setting my Afro ablaze. I came up from the floor with my huge round head of hair smoking, my eyebrows singed. The crowd went nuts; they thought it was all part of the show.
Back to Buffalo. The club we were booked in was the Glen Casino, a complex consisting of a club and an outer park with Coney Island type amusements. The club itself was Huge its capacity more than Two Thousand. The stage was also very big, the type you would see in an old theater, cat walk and all. It was a Saturday night and the place filled to capacity. We were doing our second set when I was “egged on” to do the Helicopter. I did…
Let me explain. The Helicopter was something that started in some hotel one night when we had a bunch of groupie girls there and as a test to see how serious they were about partying I took out the old wanger and spun it around. If they didn’t run they were down for just about anything! One of the guys yelled out, LOOK HE'S DOING THE HELICOPTER!! So it was named.
Back to the club. Unknown to us the clubs owner was watching the show on closed circuit TV and took exception to this exhibition. The club was filling with college students who in the spirit of the Sixties assisted me in my escape. A couple of them told me they heard the owner yelling for someone to call the police, so they put me on the floor of their car, threw coats over my body, and smuggled me off to my motel.
Out of work for the rest of the weekend (we had another booking in PA the following week) we decided to party. (surprise ha?) Leaving the work to the Roadie's, I dropped a couple of hits of acid and began to smoke and drink. In my room, which was a small cottage, were eight or ten of us. I had two girls, one on either side of me on the bed. I sat there in my underwear with a bottle of wine, a joint, and a pellet rifle between my legs. One of the Road Manager had gotten me pissed and I had him pinned down in his cottage across from mine. I had shot out a couple of windows and he was laying on the floor in fear for his life.
By now very stoned and anticipating an evening of sexual pleasure, I sat as described, music blasting and the walls melting as the trip began to peak. Suddenly the door flew open; State Troopers with their guns stood there wondering to shoot or not; for seeing me with the gun between my legs they must have thought I was some sort of madman taking my last stand. They placed me under arrest, cuffed and off to jail.
What we didn't know was that I was being looked for, a mini manhunt of sorts. The owner of the club apparently had some pull with the local police and with the help of the Motel owner's call about the shooting and mention of the band's name, they put two and two together and came a runnin. (aren’t the police intelligent)
The next morning the band paid my bail and we were told to GET OUT OF TOWN!!!
Still on the Road
The next day was spent traveling. We all piled in to the drummer's (Buddy) Pontiac Bonneville, which was the size of a house, while the Roadies drove the truck. Some of best and worst times were spent this way. John the Lead guitarist, my cousin and resident straight one, would, if given the choice, have not traveled with us because of the drug use that went on during these trips. We were constantly passing a joint, pipe or vile around the car, which would get him crazy. Speaking of crazy, John was far from normal, but his insanity was genetic not chemically derived.
Late one nite on the way home from a gig in NJ about sixty miles from Brooklyn I pulled out my pipe filled it with pot and harsh and started smoking. John demanded I put it out or he would get out of the car and walk home. Needless to say he received little support from the band who all were stoned dopers. As the car filled with smoke he screamed "let me out here!!!" He said “I’m getting a contact high" (No doubt hee hee) and was going to become stoned,(for sure) but what he feared most was the police. So we pulled over and let him out the car. As were drove off we relit the pipe, pissing our pants we laughed so hard. I to this day don't know how he got home. Shortly after this, the band broke up.

Being Shuffled Out of Buffalo
This was the year we would make it. Things were going well. Work was there for the choosing and what we choose this time was based completely on money. It was 1968 and we were being paid $1250.00 per night. We thought we were on top.
The Hip Pocket was a five piece "show band". In those days that meant you put on a theatrical presentation, not just played music. We traveled with a large truckload of equipment; many amps, speakers, lights and toys.
The lead guitar player alone had 12 four-speaker Marshall cabinets with four modified power heads. The bass player used 8 Bruce bass cabinets, which had built in 200 watt amps and two 15" speakers in each. This wall of speakers were so high that the drummer and myself, the organist, each had to be staged on risers many feet in the air.
Our light show was great. We carried all the toys. Lights, strobes, smoke and bubble machines, and projectors. We had flash boxes that used gun power to create flashes of light and smoke. A side line: One of these boxes with six charges was placed on the top of my B-3. On this particular tour we had some new road staff and they didn't have it all together.(to say the least) One of these Roadies was given the job of firing the charges on cue. The remote box had six switches, one for each charge. Well the time came for one of the charges to be fired, but the “Fool” hit all six switchers at once blowing me off the organ and setting my Afro ablaze. I came up from the floor with my huge round head of hair smoking, my eyebrows singed. The crowd went nuts; they thought it was all part of the show.
Back to Buffalo. The club we were booked in was the Glen Casino, a complex consisting of a club and an outer park with Coney Island type amusements. The club itself was Huge its capacity more than Two Thousand. The stage was also very big, the type you would see in an old theater, cat walk and all. It was a Saturday night and the place filled to capacity. We were doing our second set when I was “egged on” to do the Helicopter. I did…
Let me explain. The Helicopter was something that started in some hotel one night when we had a bunch of groupie girls there and as a test to see how serious they were about partying I took out the old wanger and spun it around. If they didn’t run they were down for just about anything! One of the guys yelled out, LOOK HE'S DOING THE HELICOPTER!! So it was named.

Gov. Wolf is permitted under law to enforce closures; however, the governor’s approach is to reinforce that it is incumbent on all of us to help mitigate the spread, knowing that compliance can help to protect customers, employees, and the community. The administration supports local law enforcement, permitting entities, and local officials to enforce if needed. The governor does not want to expend valuable resources from the state police and PA National Guard because irresponsible people choose not to do the right thing.

So basically hes dropping the law, but not enforcing it, allowing it to be up to the locals to a certain extent for the time being. Because from what I'm seeing on multiple different websites, malls and such are still staying open. Now people are saying this is because they sell clothing or other "essentials" but when you look further on this page, you see this.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, and gas stations will remain open. The administration issued guidance for non-essential businesses, such as gyms, movie theaters and shopping malls during county-specific mitigation periods to protect employees, customers, and suppliers and limit the spread of the virus through personal contact and surfaces. and if you follow that link, you go to the page that was explaining things for the few counties a couple days ago, the ones before this became a statewide thing. On that page they try to define non-essential businesses as follows.

Non-essential businesses include community and recreation centers; gyms, including yoga, barre and spin facilities; hair salons, nail salons and spas; casinos; concert venues; theaters; bars; sporting event venues and golf courses; retail facilities, including shopping malls and except for pharmacy or other health care facilities within retail operations. All state-operated liquor and wine shops are closed.

I'm in Pennsylvania and operate a wedding photography business with my wife.
We have been abiding by stay at home mandates, all of our weddings have migrated to August and beyond (with loss of revenue due to some cancellations and postponements into next year). As many other business owners, our ability to work has been tanked as well as our income.
Given the current status of PA under stay at home orders, I am trying to identify if we are allowed to operate to fulfill engagement sessions for our couples who have weddings scheduled for later in this year and next year. These are (generally) included in our wedding packages booked with us. At current, we have 10 that are scheduled for this month (some were shifted from last month due to quarantine). The short term forecast is suggesting our stay at home orders will be at least through the end of May. We are trying to identify if we are required to migrate these sessions to June and beyond, or if they can actually be documented this month despite the order.
We have frankly been at a loss regarding our specific business type (as have most of our colleagues in the wedding industry that we regularly network with) as it's not specifically addressed in statements from the government. I understand the practical argument that the government is telling us to stay home because it's not safe to go outside with few exceptions, and that engagement photos are not "essential" in the way that grocery stores are. With that said, there lies plenty of contradictions such as the opening of golf courses, recreation areas, etc. as in practice these things are not truly essential as food, water, shelter. I have been reviewing actual releases such as this from the government defining essential and non-essential and would like input on where we actually fall here.

“We strongly urge non-essential businesses across the commonwealth to do their part by temporarily closing as we work to flatten the curve and protect the health and safety of all Pennsylvanians,” said DCED Secretary Dennis Davin. “We understand that businesses are an economic driver throughout Pennsylvania, and a temporary closure will be a financial and community disruptor. DCED is committed to working with the business community to provide helpful resources for financial assistance.”
Non-essential businesses include public-facing industries such as entertainment, hospitality, and recreation facilities, including but not limited to community and recreation centers; gyms, including yoga, barre and spin facilities; hair salons and barber shops, nail salons and spas; casinos; concert venues; theaters; sporting event venues and golf courses; retail facilities, including shopping malls except for pharmacy or other health care facilities within retail operations.
Further, the Governor has ordered that all restaurants and bars close their dine-in facilities to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Businesses that offer carry-out, delivery, and drive-through food and beverage service may continue to do so, but eating and drinking inside restaurants and bars is temporarily prohibited. These businesses offering carry-out, delivery, and drive-through food and beverage should employ social distancing best practices and be aware of the Trump Administration’s guidance to avoid gatherings of 10 or more people.
Essential services and sectors include but are not limited to food processing, agriculture, industrial manufacturing, feed mills, construction, trash collection, grocery and household goods (including convenience stores), home repaihardware and auto repair, pharmacy and other medical facilities, biomedical and healthcare, post offices and shipping outlets, insurance, banks, gas stations, laundromats, veterinary clinics and pet stores, warehousing, storage, and distribution, public transportation, and hotel and commercial lodging.
Although these businesses may remain open, the Wolf Administration continues to encourage them to employ social distancing practices, and encourages Pennsylvanians to be thoughtful in their visits.
Other businesses, including but not limited to legal services, business and management consulting, professional services and insurance services are encouraged to have employees work remotely or telecommute. If that is not possible, they should employ social distancing best practices and be aware of the Trump Administration’s guidance to avoid gatherings of 10 or more people."

From reading this, non-essential businesses specifically appear to be addressing businesses with physical operating locations (ie: store, studio, etc.). As photographers, the very nature of our job makes it impossible to operate remotely. Our photography sessions take place outdoors - most at parks which are currently viewed as places where people can go while maintaining social distance (doable as photographers with varying lenses).

ALABAMA

The current stay-at-home order will remain in effect until April 30.
Alabama Governor Ivey said the state needs to expand its testing before resuming normal economic activity despite being eager to get the state’s economy moving.

ALASKA

On April 24th, Alaska allowed businesses and restaurants to open back up in most parts of the state. These personal services and companies must do so under strict health and safety restrictions.
Bigger cities like Anchorage delayed their partial opening until April 27th.
Additionally, Governor Dunleavy has said citizens may visit their doctors and schedule elective surgeries on/after May 4th.

ARIZONA

Governor Ducey has announced the stay at home order will continue only until April 30th. The state also will allow elective surgeries to continue starting on May 1st.
On the other hand, Navajo Nation’s government will remain closed until May 17th.

ARKANSAS

While there is no exact date, Governor Hutchinson has plans to loosen the restrictions on businesses over the next few weeks. This means certain non-essential businesses will be allowed to operate.
Elective surgeries were allowed to continue on April 27th.

CALIFORNIA

CA Governor Gavin Newsome has not announced any official end to the stay at home order. Despite that, the state has allowed the scheduling of important surgeries like heart surgery or cancerous tumor removal.
The state is limiting the issuing of permits for events and activities for the foreseeable future. On April 13th, the Governor announced the Western States Pact with Oregon and Washington. This pact articulates that these 3 states will operate together in their reopening on when it is safe to do so. Nevada and Colorado have also joined this pact.

COLORADO

Colorado’s stay at home order has been replaced with a “safer at home” strategy that started on April 27th. While not mandatory, residents are heavily urged to stay at home as much as possible. High-risk populations have been asked to stay home at all times possible.
Special businesses that offer curbside pick up are now open. Additionally, personal training and dog grooming have been allowed to resume (if they follow social distancing practices). Elective medical procedures have also been allowed to continue.
Governor Polis states that more businesses will be allowed to open in the following weeks. On May 4th, non-essential office work will be allowed to continue. Colorado has also coordinated its re-opening plans with Nevada, California, Oregan, and Washington.

CONNECTICUT

The mandatory state shutdown will continue until May 20th. Governor Lamont has recommended a higher amount of COVID-19 testing before the state can start is opening plans.
Connecticut has joined with New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Deleware, and Massachusettes to coordinate the reopening of the Northeast.

DELAWARE

Deleware Governor Carney has extended the statewide stay at home order until May 15th or when the “public health threat is eliminated.” The state has said that opening can start upon seeing a 28 days decline of new COVID-19 cases.
Additionally, the state has joined up with the other states in the Northeast to ensure a safe re-opening and start to their economy. The governor also stated that even if the state reopens, social distancing, hand washing, face covering, and a limit on large gatherings will stay in effect.

FLORIDA

The stay at home order for Florida will continue until April 30th. Beaches of Florida are able to reopen if the local leaders have decided it is safe to do so. On the other hand, the Keys will not reopen to visitors or tourism until June or later.

GEORGIA

State restrictions were eased starting on April 24th. Businesses like tattoo shops, gyms, bowling alleys, barbers and hair salons, nail salons, and others have been allowed to re-open if they follow safe distancing rules.
Nightclubs and bars are still closed with no clear word on when reopening can continue.

HAWAII

Governor Ige has stated that the stay at home order will last through April 30th and potentially later. Bigger cities like Honolulu have their own independent stay at home order which extends through all of May.

IDAHO

The state of Idaho is currently allowing businesses to operate under certain conditions like curbside pickup, drive-thru/drive-in, or delivery. The state doesn’t have an explicit stay at home order but rather an “Order to Self Isolate” that ends on April 30th. There is no official word on when the full state will open.

ILLINOIS

Illinois Governor Pritzker has stated the stay at home order will extend to May 30th based on data they have analyzed in the last two months. Some modifications may be made in that time and restrictions lifted depending on testing and tracing initiatives.

INDIANA

Indiana’s current stay at home order ends on May 1st. Governor Holcomb has said that he is going to work with the state hospital association to determine when elective surgeries may continue.

IOWA

So far, Iowa has not given an official stay at home order. Governor Reynolds did issue a State of Public Health Disaster Emergency in mid-March. This required all nonessential businesses to close until April 30.
On April 27th, the government stated the 77 of Iowa’s 99 counties can begin reopening on May 1st. This includes gyms, restaurants, enclosed malls, and retail stores if they stay at 50% capacity. The remaining 22 counties have higher rates of COVID-19 and will have their closures extend until at least May 15th.

KANSAS

Kansas’ stay at home order is expected to end on May 3rd.
Governor Kelly has said that the state “nowhere near where we need to be with testing supplies,” which could mean the stay at order will be extended. Either way, the state plans to loosen restrictions in a gradual rollout rather than an all at once reopening.

KENTUCKY

Kentucky Governor Beshear has begun to reopen the health sectors of the state. On April 27, in person, office and ambulance visits were allowed to continue. Additionally, diagnostic, radiology and non-urgent visits are allowed.
The state plans to reopen the state in phases, with restrictions easing each week for a four week period. This reopening plan will begin on May 11th but could be pushed back depending on COVID circumstances.
Additionally, customers and employees will be asked to wear a mask while visiting/working in essential businesses.

LOUISIANA

Louisiana Governor Edwards has extended the stay at home order until May 15. Despite that, some restrictions have been lifted for nonessential businesses.
On May 1st, retail stores can open under the condition of offering curbside delivery only. Restaurants will also be allowed to offer seats to customers, but there will be no wait staff or table service. Customers are allowed to sit outside and eat at restaurants as long as the mind social distancing rules. Gov. Edwards has also required all workers that are interacting with the public to wear masks.
Despite the easing of restrictions, Edwards says the state is not near where it should be in regards to new cases, hospitalizations, and testing.

MAINE

Maine issued a “Stay Healthy at Home” executive order that lasts through at least April 30. Additionally, Governor Mills extended the state’s civil state of emergency until May 15.
The state of Maine has joined its neighbors New Hampshire and Vermont on planning their state’s reopening measures

MARYLAND

Maryland Governor Hogan outlined a three-stage reopening plan on April 24th. This will allow a gradual reopening of non-essential businesses, gatherings, and public services. Not giving a clear date, the governor stated that the easing of restrictions may begin in early May if COVID-19 hospital cases decline.
The first phase includes allowing certain small businesses to reopen, outdoor gym glasses, recreational activities to continue, and allowing religious gatherings of limited attendance. Certain medical procedures will be allowed to continue as well.
The second phase allows raising the minimum number of people allowed in a gathering, childcare services reopening, indoor gyms, the return of transit schedules, and bars and restaurants reopening under certain conditions.
The last phase allows larger social gatherings in places like religions services, entertainment venues, and dining establishments along with fewer restrictions on nursing homes and hospital visits.

MASSACHUSETTS

Currently, the state’s emergency order that requires all nonessential business to be closed ends on May 4th. Governor Baker has informed citizens that he and state officials have begun discussing the reopening of the state but there isn’t a clear plan yet.
Before reopening, the state says they need to have more testing, tracing, and quarantine procedures in place.
Massachusetts is actively working with its neighboring Northeastern states to develop a plan to reopen the economy.

MICHIGAN

Michigan’s stay at home order extends til at least May 15th. Currently, Governor Whitmer has eased restrictions of their COVID-19 response, allowing some businesses to open and outdoor activities to continue.
Most recently, the governor has allowed landscapers, nurseries, lawn service companies, and bike shops to re-open as long as they follow social distancing rules. Additionally, citizens are allowed to travel between houses and visit family members even though it isn’t encouraged.

MINNESOTA

Minnesota has allowed some businesses to open starting on April 27th. This order allows 80,000 to 100,000 office, industrial, and manufacturing workers to return to their jobs.
Governor Walz has stated that businesses must create and implement a COVID-19 readiness plan that outlines what measures they are taking to protect their worker’s health and safety.

MISSISSIPPI

Mississippi “safe at home” executive order will remain for two weeks and expire on the upcoming Monday. Right now, Governor Reeves urgers all citizens to stay home whenever possible. Any at-risk citizens are required to shelter in place.
State officials have also begun relaxing some restrictions on non-essential businesses if they offer curbside delivery, drive-thru, or other delivery options. Other nonessential businesses remained closed for now.

MISSOURI

Missouri’s stay at home order lasts until May 3rd. Governor Parson has stated that he is working with hospitals, health officials, and business leaders to develop the state’s reopening plan.
Businesses will be able to open as long as they keep up the six-feet social distancing rules. Additionally, any indoor retail business will be forced to limit its capacity to 25%. The governor has allowed local leaders to determine if their cities and towns need stricter rules.

MONTANA

Montana began reopening on April 26th, allowing individuals and businesses to have fewer restrictions. Retail and street businesses were able to open on April 27th if they follow social distancing practices and limit store capacity. Restaurants and bars can start offering some services after May 4th while businesses like gyms, theaters, and places of large assembly must remain closed.
The state’s travel quarantine will still remain, requiring non-work related out of state travelers to quarantine themselves for 14 days.

NEBRASKA

Nebraska state officials plan to relax some of their COVID restrictions on May 4th. Nebraska is one of the few states that issued no stay at home order for its citizens.
On May 4th, restaurants will be allowed to let customers inside as long as they operate under 50% of normal capacity. Businesses like salons, barbers, tattoo parlors, and massage centers are limited to 10 people in a store at a time. They are also required to wear face coverings or masks. Churches will also be allowed to continue worship as long as those attending stay 6 feet apart.
All other businesses like bars and theaters are required to stay closed until May 31st.

NEVADA

The current stay at home order is set to expire on April 30th but Governor Sisolak says the state is currently not ready to reopen.
Despite that, Mayors in cities like Las Vegas have been urging for the reopening of Casinos. Currently, there is no set reopening time or plan for casinos or other similar businesses in the state.

NEW HAMPSHIRE

New Hampshire’s stay at home order will remain until May 4th but could be extended depending on the circumstances. The current State of Emergency was extended to May 15th by Governor Sununu.

NEW JERSEY

As of now, there is no expiration date to New Jersey’s stay at home order that began on March 21st. Like many other states in the area, New Jersey has teamed up with its Northeastern neighbors like New York and Delaware to develop a plan on when to reopen their economies.

NEW MEXICO

Governor Grishman has extended New Mexico’s stay at home order until May 15th. After that period, there will be a gradual reopening of some businesses if conditions are safe to do so. The governor states that there is “no magical date” for when the state will be safe to reopen all businesses.

NEW YORK

One of the hardest-hit states, New York has some of the most detailed plans for COVID 19. Governor Cuomo’s “New York State on PAUSE” executive order was issued on March 22nd. There is no clear end date for New York’s restrictions, but as of now, nonessential businesses are required to stay closed until May 15th.
The state officials have stated the reopening is going to happen in phases once the state meets the federal guidelines that hospitalizations decline for 14 days. The first phase includes construction and manufacturing businesses to continue. The second phase would be implemented by a business-by-business analysis of risk. Governor Cuomo did state that each phase will have a 2 week period between to monitor the results.

NORTH CAROLINA

North Carolina’s current stay at home order for North Carolina is extended through May 8th.
Governor Cooper has stated the state could open in three phases if COVID-19 cases continue to decrease. Phase one would be that stay at home orders would remain, but some non-essential businesses will be able to open. Phase two includes the lifting of stay at home orders for those not at risk and the reopening of bars, restaurants, and churches under reduced capacity. Phase three would ease the restrictions for at-risk populations and allowed increased attendance at businesses and social gatherings.

NORTH DAKOTA

North Dakota has stated that many closed businesses may be allowed to open on May 1st. The state is another one of the few places with no explicit stay at home order and only shut down schools, gyms, restaurants, salons, and theaters.
Governor Burgum says that he is going to follow the federal guidelines in deciding to officially reopen the state.

OHIO

Governor Dewine’s stay at home order currently extends until May 1st. After that, the state will begin its first phases of reopening but do not have any specifics at this time. As of now, large events with big crowds are not expected to open anytime soon.

OKLAHOMA

Oklahoma began lifting restrictions on businesses as early as April 24th. The reopening plan is a three-phase operation that will progress when COVID-19 data tells state officials it is safe to do so.
Restaurants, theaters, gyms, and sporting events will be allowed to open after May 1st if they follow strict social distancing practices. On the other hand, bars will remain closed.

OREGON

Governor Brown issued an executive order requiring citizens to stay at home and will stay in effect until ended by her. There has been no official word on when the order will end but some restrictions on businesses will be lifted on May 1st.
This will allow hospitals, surgical centers, and medical and dental offices to resume nonemergency procedures as long as they follow safe COVID-19 distancing and sanitation practices.
State officials say more restrictions will not be eased until the state sees the following: a decrease in the growth of active COVID-19 cases, sufficient personal protective equipment available, large open capacity in hospitals, increased testing, tracing and isolating of new cases, and plans on how to protect at-risk communities.

PENNSYLVANIA

Pennsylvania is set to reopen the state in three phases that begin on May 8th.
The phases, broken down in red, yellow, and green, will be analyzed and remain in the interest of flattening the curve in the state. Recently, Governor Wolf announced that marinas, golf courses, guided fishing trips, and private campgrounds are allowed to reopen on May 1st under the condition that they follow social distancing protocols.
The state has joined with its northeastern neighbors to develop a plan on when it is safe to reopen their economies.

RHODE ISLAND

Rhode Island’s current stay at home order extends until May 8th and is actively working on new measures to open parks and beaches.
Governor Raimondo is actively working with neighboring states in the Northeast to develop a collective plan on how they should open their economies.

SOUTH CAROLINA

South Carolina allowed the reopening of some retail stores on April 20th. This included department stores, sporting goods stores, flea markets, businesses that sell books, furniture, music, flowers, clothing, and accessories. This was done under the condition that the businesses remained at 20% regular capacity or 5 people per 1000 square feet.
Governor McMaster’s State of Emergency has been extended until May 12th.

SOUTH DAKOTA

South Dakota never issued an official stay at home order. Governor Noem stated that despite that, the citizens of South Dakota were staying home at greater rates than states that had an active shelter in place order.

TENNESSEE

Governor Lee has allowed restaurants and retail outlets to open as long as they remain at 50% capacity. Additionally, some state parks have been allowed to return to business as usual. There is no official word on when other businesses will be able to reopen or have restrictions lifted.

TEXAS

Stay at Home orders for Texas currently extend till April 30th. Retail stores, restaurants, malls, theaters, museums, and libraries will be allowed to reopen on May 1st if they limit to 25% of their regular operating capacity.

UTAH

Utah’s “Stay Safe, Stay Home” directive extends until May 1st. Despite that, all schools will remain closed for the remainder of the year.
The state has not issued an official stay at home mandate, but citizens have been urged to stay at home as much as possible and restaurants are not allowed to have dining rooms operating. Utah is currently developing a plan for how and when further restrictions will be lifted.

VERMONT

Vermont has a similar “Stay Safe, Stay Home” order that extends until May 15th. Governor Scott has also developed a 5 point plan on how to open the state while fighting the COVID-19 outbreak. Phase one of the plan included allowing construction businesses, home appraisers, municipal clerks, and property managers to continue work on April 20th if they followed social distancing measures. Starting on May 1st, farmers' markets will be allowed to open as long as the social distancing guidelines are followed.

VIRGINIA

The state of Virginia’s stay at home order is effective until June 10th. Reopening the state will be done in a way that focuses on public health, says Governor Northam.
Limiting state restrictions will be done in phases outlined in the “Forward Virginia” blueprint. Steps include continued social distancing, limited public gatherings, the use of masks in public, etc. The state will begin reopening when data and health experts suggest it is safe to do so.

WASHINGTON

Stay at Home orders in Washington state currently last until May 4th. Additionally, most parks and recreational areas will be allowed to open on May 5th.
Washington has joined California, Oregan, Nevada, and Colorado in the Western States Pact to determine when it is safe to reopen their economies.

WEST VIRGINIA

Governor Justice has introduced the “Comeback Roadmap” as an outline of how the state will reopen going forward. The plan contains three phases that are broken up into weeks. Week one allows hospitals to start elective medical procedures and also allows the reopening of outpatient healthcare including primary care, dental, mental health, and more. Daycare centers will also be allowed to reopen.
Week two would allow businesses with less than 10 workers to go back to work. Restaurants with outdoor seating could resume service and church and funerals services could start again.
In the third phase, which is a three-week process, includes retail stores, gyms, hotels, spas, casinos, and other businesses to reopen. Additionally, offices and government businesses could return. Each of these phases would include the required temperature checks and mask-wearing.

WISCONSIN

Governor Evers’ stay at home order extends until May 26th. Restrictions were lifted on certain businesses like libraries, arts and crafts stores, and other places that provided materials needed to make face masks as long as they could provide curbside pickup. Golf courses have also opened around the state.

WYOMING

Another state without an official stay at home order, Wyoming did request a federal disaster declaration on April 9th. Currently, all out of state travelers are required to quarantine themselves for 14 days until April 30th.

S8E23: Dwight and Jim create a fake identity to work around the commission cap (Dwight even admits that it’s extremely similar to embezzlement or fraud); Harry threatens to choke out Toby; Dwight tells Jim he should dent the hood of Harry’s car or slash the tires; Dwight attempts to activate the elevator’s seismic failsafes to stop the elevator; Pam steals Nellie’s phone and deletes all of her voicemails (technically illegal to use someone’s phone without their permission); Andy tells Robert if he doesn’t hire him back, he will give Prestige Direct Mail Solutions’ business to a competitor (technically blackmail)
S8E24: Kevin and Robert accidentally head butt each other; Andy mops the carpets, likely damaging them; Dwight steals Philip’s used diaper so he can have a paternity test done (this is called gene theft); Angela and Dwight both speed and drive recklessly; Angela hits Mose multiple times; Dwight and Mose both leave their cars unattended in the middle of the street; Robert forcibly kisses Andy; Dwight forces himself on Angela (though seconds later she is a willing participant)
S9E1: Andy threatens to make up a reason to fire Nellie (since Toby is aware of this, if Nellie were to sue Andy, Toby would have to testify against him); Andy purposely pushes Nellie off of the slack-lining rope; Dwight deconstructs Dunder Mifflin equipment to create his trapeze set; Dwight gets stuck on the slack-line and the fire department has to come to get him down; Andy places all of the recycling bins near Nellie and has people throw their trash at her
S9E2: While the building’s janitor is on vacation, the building becomes incredibly dirty to the point where rats can be seen (likely against multiple health codes); Nellie forces Dwight into a situation where he has to chop off her hand (though he doesn’t go through with it)
S9E3: Nellie drives recklessly; Nellie uses her phone while driving
S9E4: Dwight and Toby find EMF hotspots in the office which could imply that there’s poor wiring in the building (depending on how bad the wiring actually is, this could actually break laws); Stanley threatens to spank Clark; Dwight drives the work bus (depending on the type of bus it was, Dwight would need a certain license to drive it); Phyllis asks someone to just start driving the bus while Dwight is on the roof; Dwight drops himself through the rooftop emergency exit on the bus onto Jim; Dwight drives the bus recklessly
S9E5: Creed comes into the office with blood stains all over his clothes (it likely was not his blood, so he may have harmed someone); Andy reveals he had sex with a snowman while at Cornell (would fall under public indecency); Dwight catches Meredith in a net and causes her to fall to the floor
S9E6: Kevin leaves his car in the middle of the parking lot so he can run to the bathroom; Oscar forges documents to make it looks like Kevin has been taking money from Dunder Mifflin; Nellie, Jim, Pam, and Darryl create a situation where Dwight believes that police have surrounded David’s house; Pete’s friend Flipper once drunkenly flipped a table over at a bar
S9E7: Dwight claims he used to have a barber who fought dogs and made dogs fight each other; Clark is used as leverage by Dwight to get Jan’s business (this trade would be dangerously close to prostitution)
S9E8: Dwight reveals that Trevor has had numerous guns stolen from him; Angela hires Trevor to murder Oscar; Dwight claims he has left poop in a paper bag on people’s porches (would be classified as vandalism); Trevor claims that people have left poop in a bag on his porch multiple times; Angela asks Trevor to break Oscar’s kneecaps instead; Trevor brings a concealed weapon into the office; Phyllis taps a stranger on the back with the sharp end of a knife; Phyllis forcibly removes a decorative wine bottle from its base; Angela kicks Oscar in the shin
S9E9: Dwight hits Oscar and Jim with a stick; Darryl collapses on a table and breaks it in half
S9E10: Dwight throws his coffee cup up in the air, likely staining the carpet; Dwight sprays a disinfectant in Erin, Pam, Angela, and Meredith’s faces; Erin tackles Stanley; Meredith reveals that one of her exes keyed a bunch of people’s cars; Meredith also reveals that she pooped into an office shredder; Dwight accidentally sets off an insecticidal grenade (I don’t believe there is a real insecticidal grenade but I’m sure there’s some law against either setting one off or doing so with people nearby); Angela hits Oscar in the head with a coffee pot; Kevin misuses one of the warehouse machines and causes it to break; Dwight accidentally sets off another insecticidal grenade in his car (he most likely still drove his car after while experiencing hallucinogenic side effects)
S9E11: Jim is seen driving a motorcycle (Jim likely did not have a motorcycle license); Dwight suggests that Jim should drive 240 miles per hour so he can get to the office faster; Creed steals Phyllis’ ring; Kevin forcibly lifts Angela up multiple times; Darryl misses a basketball hoop and accidentally breaks a wall lamp and electrocutes a fish tank (though Darryl agreed to pay for the damage); multiple people in the office tear up the carpet flooring
S9E12: Dwight rips open a couch cushion with a knife; Dwight drives one of the delivery trucks (he likely does not have a license to drive the truck); Dwight throws a milkshake through the drive-thru window at an employee; a customer in the drive-thru throws a milkshake at Dwight
S9E13: Dwight reveals that Rolf uses hand grenades to fish; Mose is seen running in the middle of the street (could be considered jaywalking); Dwight reveals that when he was a child, he went to a school that was run by a conman; one of Dwight’s friends reveals that the school used the students as labor; Melvina reveals that she’s been double parked for about two hours; Dwight gives the sales rep applicants Jim’s home address so they can toilet paper it; Rolf tells Dwight to be weary of any suspicious packages he may get, implying that he’ll be sending him potentially dangerous packages; Dwight attempts to suffocate Clarke
S9E14: Frank vandalizes Pam’s warehouse mural; Angela hits Oscar; Dwight and Pam vandalize Frank’s truck; Frank rushes at Pam with the intent to hit her; Brian hits Frank in the face with his boom mic

S9E16: Dwight’s Aunt Shirley slaps Angela; Andy snoops through Erin’s phone; Andy kicks Toby; Angela accidentally sets off the hose on Dwight (the hose likely has the same pressure as a firehose, which is about 150 PSI, so this could be considered assault); Toby leaves the prison wearing a neck brace after visiting the Scranton Stranger, implying the Strangler attempted to strangled him;
S9E17: Dwight throws dirt in the faces of Erin, Phyllis, Kevin, Oscar, Meredith, Angela, Stanley, Pam and Jim; Dwight’s brother Jeb drives his car into Aunt Shirley’s grave; Packer reveals he’s in Narcotics Anonymous, implying he used to use drugs; Dwight reveals that his family members have accidentally buried family members who were thought to be dead but were actually in deep sleep; Dwight unloads a shotgun into his aunt’s corpse; Jeb reveals that he owns a worm farm in California (medical marijuana was not legalized in California until 2018); Packer reveals that the cupcakes he gave out to everyone in the office, as well as to Jim and Darryl were laced with drugs, some legal and some not; Packer is seen having parked his car halfway between a handicapped spot and a do-not-park zone; Clarke reveals that while drugged, he defected in some bushes
S9E18: Dwight dumps a bucket of water onto Phyllis, and is likely the same person who dumped a bucket of water onto Andy as well (technically would be classified as assault); Meredith exposes her breasts in the office; Angela slaps Oscar
S9E19: Dwight shoots Stanley with three tranquilizers meant for a bull (horse tranquilizers can cause serious harm to humans, and a bull tranquilizer likely has a higher dosage); Meredith squirts some of the bull tranquilizer into her drink (probably not illegal since she put it into her own drink, but it would be classified as placing a foreign object into an edible, which is actually a felony); Dwight and Clarke accidentally slam Stanley’s unconscious body into two walls; while sliding down a flight of stairs, Stanley’s unconscious body makes a dent in the wall; Andy kicks over an empty trash can; a man at the talent agency claims that through his dog-cat-mouse act, he goes through a lot of mice (allowing your pet to eat live animals can be considered animal cruelty); Stanley tranquilizes himself so that he doesn’t have to climb the stairs
S9E20: Creed smashes a melon on the warehouse floor; Pam accidentally hits Toby in the eye with a paper airplane; Erin reveals that when she was in the orphanage, she once ripped Susan’s pigtails off of her head; Erin crushes a box of packing peanuts; Clarke asks Pam and Jim to share the drugs he think they’re high on; Angela is seen taking rolls of toilet paper from the office
S9E21: Lackawanna County takes away “two sacks” worth of Angela’s cats because she is violating her apartment complex’s pet rules; Dwight throws his briefcase and hits multiple items; Dwight nearly kicks and punches multiple in the office; Andy asks Toby to falsify files; Andy attempts to grope Toby; Andy dedicates on David’s car (this would be classified as vandalism and public indecency);
S9E22: Dwight reveals that his grandmother was shot by Adolph Coors; Dwight throws the summoning bag against the back of Jim’s head; Casey Dean jumps on the back of the a cappella show host; Meredith spanks Darryl; Dwight is seen driving with his police light on his car; Dwight drives recklessly
S9E23: Dwight reveals that Creed faked his own death; Dwight also reveals that the police are looking for Creed as he sold drugs, trafficked endangered animal meat, and stole weapons-grade LSD from the military; Oscar reveals that Kevin used to make up numbers to balance the books; Mose kidnaps Angela and locks her in his trunk for three hours; Creed changes his identity; Ryan reveals that his partner abandoned him and their child; Ryan purposely gives his son an allergic reaction; Kelly and Ryan abandon his son with Ravi; Nellie takes Ryan’s son as her own child (she didn’t legally adopt him so this would be considered child abduction); Pam attempts to sell their home without Jim’s knowledge (since Jim bought the house as a surprise, his name is likely on the deed as well and Pam wouldn’t be able to sell it without him); Kevin spills alcohol all over a cabinet while filling up glasses
