Billionaire Casino Tip

As a lot of you know you can get free chips on their Facebook page, but you can go to older posts and still get chips as well. It doesn't seem to expire from what I've seen so far. So go out there and get that 2,000 sb reward!! Huuge Casino might also have a Facebook page too, I also suggest using the Phoenix Garden machine on Billionaire. Play till jackpot then bet higher!
IMPORTANT EDIT: It seems you can get extra chips from offers up to 10 days ago. So April 5th as of now. Or perhaps it's nine days.

VERY IMPORTANT TIP FOR PEOPLE DOING HUUUGE CASINO OR BILLIONAIRE CASINO

I made this mistake and it wasted me a lot of time. When you get to level 65, if you have over 50mil go to Singapore rollete, hold down the game so u can create a private server, and bet max chips (10mil) you get xp so fast. I would recommend having like 100mil in case you loose a lot of money if you land on 0 or 00, but this will get you to level 101 very fast. I messed up and when I had 200mil i just went to sloots and spent it all. I could have finished this in 1 day but now it took me 3 days.

Tips on the Billionaire Casino TapJoy offer?

Has anyone completed this offer (get to level 200) within the thirty-day time frame? Any tips on leveling up quick? I'm kind of a newbie to slot games and I'm not sure which slot is my best bet for profit + exp. I've mostly been doing the Quick Jackpots slot and the Blaster Cats vs Aliens slot, but for all I know, these could both be the worst 😂

What a know-nothing retarded skeptic such as myself is learning from the GME "Squeeze"

So, this last two weeks was my first week in my life “investing” (legalized gambling really). 🥳

If I’m on WSB, it’s because all you autists are so fucking retarded that WSB has become the funniest place on the Internet. And because sometimes, despite (or because of?) the collective stupidity, I learn a lot.

Like: How to lose money 🤑 😭. Quickly. Seriously. Learning how to lose money is so hard. I mean, I only invested about 3500 total. But still, thanks to you guys, managed to lose at least 1500!

But seriously, thanks! Because for a measly 1500 greenbacks, as someone who has never, ever invested I learned:

So here are a few lessons (which I'm still learning) which I’d like to share with y'all.
  1. Be critical of everything - There are not only a lot of shills and bots out there (I’m looking at you, $SLVR-pushers!) but there are, surprise surprise even more autists. Especially with 6 million new accounts of presumably people who have never invested in their live, but in classic Internet-style, already tout themselves as steel-balled market gurus. From people posting data that’s fundamentally wrong, fundamentally misinterpreted, or coming to conclusions without enough data or just plain old confirmation bias (basically, all of WSB). Special shoutout to u/smohyee's very sober post which helped me look critically at stuff that has been flying around the forum these last days.
  2. Don’t underestimate my ignorance - I know nothing. Literally nothing. I can do basic addition and subtraction, and know stocks go up and down. Personally, the market seems like a huge insane bubble ready to burst at any second. But maybe not. What do I know? 🤷‍♂️ I’m as autistic as you. 🤤
  3. Get in before the hype - Even to my stupid, ignorant self, I realized buying GME at an all-time high of 150X its low, was a stupid idea. Especially when the entire Internet and even non-Internet media was buzzing with the hype. 3B. (Corollary). - If you are going to go up against a Hedge fund with is 10000X more powerful than you, don’t announce all your moves up front.
  4. Understand what the statistics and metrics mean before betting (I mean: "investing") - People are posting volume data, short interest numbers, using fancy lingo and stats that I still can’t wrap my brain around (I still haven’t understood how you can sell a put you don’t have for example, that’s how ignorant I am). But, as the wise men & women say - ignorance is an opportunity to redeem yourself.
  5. Don’t underestimate all the other players - Hedge funds, Retirement funds. Whales. They all have different agendas. And their agendas are not yours. The worst mistakes I saw were not acknowledging the special advantages that institutional investors will always have. This is not cheating. This is how the market works. You can be a crybaby autist about it, but that’s how it is (I wrote a bit about some of the advantages even I saw that HF have here - me, who knows nothing about investing). Institutional Investors have sentiment trackers, high-speed algorithms, inside information, battle-hardened experience, tricky tactics, etc. You are not going to beat any Hedge Fund of Institutional Investor at a game they invented, made the rules in, and excel at.
  6. Expertise is valuable - There is a very good reason why finance jobs, especially at Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms are the best-paid jobs in the world - because they places hire very fucking smart people, who work very fucking hard (7 days a week, 14-hour days), to be better at this than you or I. The expectation that we be as good as them, is like expecting to pop out of your mom’s womb and run a 100m faster than Usain Bolt without a day’s training. The reason we don’t like Hedge Funds or the stock market in general, is it is because it a casino for the wealthy. We are the poor schlubs sitting at the 1 dollar blackjack table, while watching the billionaires in their Tuxedos coming out of their Bentley’s to play at the million dollar poker tables. From a recent Economist article this week: “Even in America stock market gains have mainly accrued to the rich. The wealthiest 1% owns 56% of the stock market, up from 46% in 1990; the top 10% owns 88% of the market.”
  7. The HF didn’t cheat. They don't need to. They hustled - They invited ignorant newbies to sit at their tables (yes, that’s us), and then fleeced us of our cash. We are idiots, because we KNEW the hustle was coming and we KNEW the pros were pros, and yet we STILL played against them.

Little reminders for myself for next time:
  1. Accept the risk - Any money I gamble in this friggin casino I can count as lost.
  2. If you have no clue, don’t bet - I have no clue what a “Calendar Call” or a “Vertical Call” is. You can bet I won’t be making that, until I do.
  3. Losing (preferably a little bit) of money, is a very strong motivation to learn.

And a li’ tip for my fellow autists:
Don’t post fucking DDs if you are an ignorant shit.

Positions - Holding 215 AMC (115 bought (stupidly, and during the hype) @14; 100 bought during a dip @ 8.11) Holding 2 GME (1 free from RH, 1 bought at 115) 1 SPY put 332; EXP 03/31

Final final note (for real, this time):

***If you think the stock market is unfair, you are right. Unfair is the very core foundation of capitalism. If you really really are pissed off at capitalism and hedge funds, have the balls to be socialist or a marxist; refuse to participate in the free market; and refuse to consume.

Be Bartelby!***

Do you really like your beer, or are you just a victim of Capitalist Propaganda? How you can learn how the free market works while you guzzle some suds, and how beer can help you to understand the vast conspiracy that is slowly degrading America.

TL;DR - I use the craft beer industry as a way to understand Capitalist Propaganda, how Capitalism and Socialism are inextricably linked to each other, and how through the use of propaganda, companies use the "illusion of choice" to coerce you into believing that you prefer the products that are most favorable to them. In order to change this into the consumer's favor, you need to be an informed consumer in the free market, and raise class consciousness to overthrow the tyranny of Capitalist Propaganda, that is called "Marketing".
***************************************************************************************
You can't understand Capitalist Propaganda unless you have a solid understanding of what Capitalism is beyond the literal definition of the word, which is just an abstract ideal. Propaganda plays off of the discrepancies between the ideals of Capitalism, like the free market, which is another abstract ideal, and the reality of Capitalism in practice in America, which can be characterized as Trickle Down Economics. Capitalism sought to be a pragmatic alternative to its economic predecessors, a fact which drives Capitalist Propaganda. However, through layers of abstraction throughout the years, it has become more of a religion, as critics refer to the increasingly ideological concept as "Supply Side Jesus", meaning you give all the money to the rich, it'll trickle down to the poor, and they can "vote" on the actions of the capitalists through monetary interactions in the free market.
Capitalist Propaganda is engrained in America, because at the time of our founding, Adam Smith wrote "Wealth of Nations", which is considered the Bible of the Free Market. This groundbreaking work utilized Newton's Laws of Physics, which were en vogue at the time, to describe how interactions in the marketplace would balance each other out, just as the laws of Newtonian Physics do.
The very noble purpose of Wealth of Nations was not create the oligarchy we have today, but to do the opposite. He wanted to describe a system that would protect individual freedoms and be truly democratic. Just as Lenin and Stalin bastardized the works of Marx, so too have capitalists in America bastardized the intentions of Adam Smith.
Capitalism and Socialism are best learned side by side, in my opinion, to avoid falling into the trappings of either ideology that our brains like to do. Which one is better? It depends on the market, but the answer is almost always somewhere in between.
Through learning how Socialist concepts can be applied to problems in Capitalism, you can cut through the propaganda and will see for yourself that these problems can be solved if we just drop the labels and do what's best for society and the individual. The problem is always finding the proper balance.
***************************************************************************************
***************************************************************************************
WHAT? CAPITALISM AND SOCIALISM ARE JOINED AT THE HIP?
Yep. You can never live in a pure economic system. Purity is always an illusion. If you want something to be pure, you have to put a lot of energy into making it that way. Nature likes to mix stuff up. This is why ideologies around racial purity and fascism always fail. There are people who want a "pure" economic system, but they are usually the people at the top and would only get richer from more purity while the rest of society loses freedom and slowly starves.
In a nutshell, Capitalism promotes laws that benefit those with money, while Socialism promotes a safety net that benefits everyone. Every single human is born into Socialism. As a baby, you need food, someone else works for it and gives it to you, but then at some point, you are expected to exchange labor for capital, and buy your own food. See? The two are forever bound as the yin and yang. You can also grow your own food, but for that you need land, which is capital.
These interactions are very tricky. I only want to tell you enough so that you can start to see Capitalist Propaganda, because right now, you're like a fish in water that can't see water. I often use this line to describe a person who can't see their own homegrown propaganda. The best way I found to study Capitalism is by relating it Socialism, the "air" above the "water" of Capitalism, if that makes sense.
I always find it best to look at a microcosm to understand these concepts. And today, that microcosm is beer.
Mmmm....Beeeeeeeeeerrrrrrr.....

CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND THE ILLUSION OF CHOICE
Before I poison your mind with my own propaganda, picture you're on vacation and you walk into a bar and want to order a beer. If you really want to understand the power of propaganda in your own life, really think of this before we break this all down. Really think, what makes you decide which beer to order? Do you like to look at the labels on the tap or bottle? That's obvious propaganda. It has absolutely nothing to do with the taste or quality of the beer itself, but sways your opinion toward logos you've seen before, which is why you see so many beer advertisements, which means that money that could've gone into quality is instead going into propaganda, and you're already biased towards an inferior product. Interesting. You really can't help being swayed by marketing, but at least you can be conscious of that fact, and that's important in order to be an informed consumer.
Do you ask the bartender for a recommendation? Why would you do that? You don't know the bartender any better than the beers in front of you. How do you know they aren't paid more to offer you a beer that sucks and is 12 years old and the owner wants to get rid of it? Do you ask for a certain style of beer? Do you ask for a local beer? And once you finally narrow it down to a few choices, do you ask for samples so you can make up your own mind? You should always do this. Then we get into "flavor propaganda", which we'll discuss later. Jeez. Did you every realize there was so much complexity behind being an informed consumer and just ordering a simple beer? Maybe you'll give in and just tell the bartender to pour whatever. Choice is difficult sometimes.
If you really visualize this and take a minute to let this sink in, you'll start to understand how external forces hijack the processor in your mind to manufacture desire through the illusion of choice. However, your health and enjoyment of the beer is not the goal for these external forces, they only want you to purchase. The perfect example is fast food. They know their product sucks, but they know you'll keep buying it, but that doesn't keep them from lying about how delicious it is in their ads. There is far more at play behind the curtain. There is a science behind addicting you to things, this is reinforced by a corporate tax and subsidy system that contorts the free market pushing centralization of production through homogenization and use of chemicals to hide the homogenization, and simply because there is more than one option, they make you feel like you have choice. This, in a nutshell, is how the illusion of choice works in the free market. It's not about what YOU want. The producer manipulates you to think you want what they have. Through this, they deceive Americans into buying products with a list of ingredients that a person would never freely choose to consume. So if you want to order a beer with no shit in it, then you're shit out of luck in America. You could in Germany, but we'll discuss that later.
While you're standing at that bar, you aren't conscious of the fact that your interests are in direct opposition to those of the bar owner's. Capitalists hide this fact with their perfect smiles, but Marx described this in detail. You want the best beer for the cheapest price, and the bar owner wants to sell you the cheapest beer at the highest price you'll pay. It doesn't stop there. The bar owner flips roles in the same situation with the beer distributor, who does the same with maybe another level of distribution, and continues to the brewer, then goes to the brewer versus supplier, supplier to farmer, and even though you'd think it stops there, the farmer has to deal with suppliers of equipment and seeds, and on and on.
Add to this list their auxiliary staff of HR, drivers, managers, brewers, bottle/keg makers, and of course owners, none of them care whether you actually like the beer you're drinking as long as you keep buying more. That's the big driver here.
Did you ever realize that every time you buy a beer, your own capital is partially responsible for creating and sustaining all of these jobs involved? You, my dear beer drinker, are the true job creator. Budweiser can brew all they want, it means nothing without buyers, who are the true engines of capitalism. Instead, you're treated as a rube by suits in a boardroom somewhere.
Capitalist Propaganda tells us the billionaires are job creators, but this is a lie. Jeff Bezos can't drink enough beer to sustain all these jobs. So why do we let him hoard all the money? Wouldn't the economy do better if we spread out Jeff's money so more people could buy more beers and more jobs would be created? According to Socialist Economics, yes. That's actually, quite simply, a Socialist Free Market. Did you even know that existed? The power hungry greedy people who are too lazy for manual labor go to such great lengths to make sure you don't learn it. They want you to think that only Capitalism allows you choice in the market. I'm sure you can guess why they say that.
Capitalism maintains itself by exulting the wealthy who use their economic power to punch down. The only way this system won't fall into fascism and fail is if the consumers start to punch back. Where Marx envisioned the Dictatorship of the Proletariat as they usurped power from the Bourgeoisie, a modern alternative is just teaching people to understand the system we live in, so that we can just start making changes in the way we live and to whom we give our money.
See that? Capitalism and Socialism can get along nicely, so long as the consumers are informed.

CLASS CONSCIOUSNESS AND THE ALIENATION OF LABOR CAUSING LONELINESS IN SOCIETY
What I described within the previous section is what Marx called "Alienation of Labor". Each step in the process of making your beer is isolated from the others, so no one feels ownership over the end product or a true connection to the consumer, or job creator. Even the bartender selling it is alienated from the profit of their labor in serving the beer, so they only focus on the service aspect of giving you the beer, because that is where they earn their tip. They can't really fix anything about a shitty beer other than to offer you a different brand. The capitalist owner is usually not there. Their only interaction is setting the rules for everyone in the bar to follow, and pay themselves more than everyone who has to follow those rules. This is part of the conflict between the classes. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm just pointing it out. The bar owner themself has to spend money on propaganda to attract customers that could be spent in other places, so has to find ways to cut costs. Unfortunately, they buy cheaper beer...and this is why you end up with IPAs. No one is connected to the products, so they only look at prices and find the cheapest, passable product. This is the race to the bottom of Capitalism.
Compare this to when brewpubs were a new thing. The brewer would come out and talk to you about the beer, you would give feedback that could effect future batches and it connected everyone to each other through commerce. It makes business "social" and I think nearly everyone enjoys that, but it is losing out in competition with chain breweries that enforce isolation and make cookie cutter propaganda and cookie cutter business models so they can turn owners into managers and suck all the profit back their corporate headquarters and offshore accounts. They kill the experience and make everything transactional. And all the kitsch they hang around their cookie cutter chain bar is just to hide the fact that no one in that place cares about anything other than not getting fired. Everyone is effectually alienated from everyone else. It's worth a read to check out this page on Marx's Theory of Alienation.
This alienation is the root of a lot of misery in society. Humans are communal animals forced to live in a society of individuality and alienation. As they mope around, they seek an escape. And that is why advertising is so nefarious. It seeks to manipulate you in that state. Imagine driving home from your alienating job to you empty home, but looking up and see a billboard with bunch of actors laughing and drinking beer. They take pictures that make these actors look like friends. It's just for show. They aren't selling beer to those laughing people in the picture. They're tempting lonely people to drown their sorrows. Capitalist Propaganda is used so your brain doesn't understand what it wants. It wants friends, then sees the words Bud Light. So when the bartenders asks...Make it a Bud Light. Look at how much money they spend to manipulate and capitalize on people's suffering.
Propaganda in Communist countries is controlled by the government, so it's clear who the enemy of your freedom is. Capitalist Propaganda hides behind the layers of complexity of the same economy you rely on to survive, so you never know what's propaganda or where it's coming from. Marketers find every way imaginable to get their disinformation in front of your eyes, even enlisting your friends on Facebook in annoying MLM schemes. Propaganda invaded everything that can be legally monetized. It's in the media, and not just commercials anymore. There's product placement, stories injected into the news, and even movies and social media created an entire industry of "lifestyle propaganda", telling you how to live your life and indulge in overconsumption. It's REALLY hard to get away from Capitalist Propaganda. There is so much money and research behind it and so much depth, even this long post is only barely scratching the surface. I just want to open your eyes to it.
I can't make you see all this. No one can. I can only describe it as best as I can. What you will experience when you understand this is what I call "Economic Enlightenment", similar to what Marx called "Class Consciousness". Once it happened to me, the world looked amazing, and the shitty propagandists selling us false hope all look like clowns in a very odd circus of vanity, despair and mediocrity.
Once I understood this, I saw clearly how we are increasingly trapped in a form of Corporate Slavery, led by seriously ridiculous oligarchs like Mark Zuckerberg, who thinks he's the reincarnation of Augustus Caesar or something. That's why he has that haircut! This is a guy who stole a company and hired "screen psychologists" from Las Vegas to get you hooked on Facebook the same as casinos do with slot machines. He wants to be the funnel for propaganda throughout the world. He wants to be the kingmaker, decide what people buy, who they like, what views they hold. He can only do this because so many companies spend so much money to put their propaganda on that platform. They can only have this much money because the free market is not actually free. It's bought and paid for on platforms like Facebook and Amazon. The money that was supposed to "trickle down" is instead being spent on Capitalist Propaganda on these platforms, to get the proletariate to trickle their money up through endless, nonsensical online purchasing and local businesses who send the town's money to people who can't do anything with it but buy up properties that increase your rent and cost of living.
When people get drunk on the power of propaganda, they forget the lessons of the past. Propagandists always fall prey to their own delusions over time. In reality, your life is better without Facebook. There isn't anything on there that is healthy. Even if you just want to talk to a few friends, you are going to fall for the propaganda there. You can't help it. And if your bar advertises on Facebook, just think, that money could've gone into purchasing higher quality beer then sold at the same price, instead of going to Mark Zuckerberg so he can drop $30 million to buy the houses around him so no one can spy on him while he spies on you. You really gotta watch out for a guy who combines spying and propaganda all into a single app and thinks he's going to bring 200 years of peace to America. History is littered with knuckleheads like that. It's best to get off Facebook and encourage everyone else to do the same. Zuck only wants to lead himself to the Promised Land, and he's using your ignorance to fuel his own delusions by deluding you into thinking you want what he has to offer.
Let's get back to beer.
***************************************************************************************
***************************************************************************************
IPAs AND THE FREE MARKET VS THE RACE TO THE BOTTOM
I like beer. When I worked in Germany, it was easy to walk into a bar and, like Farva, just order a liter o' beer. Often, there would only be two choices, light color or dark. As a matter of fact, even at the most famous beer festival in the world, Oktoberfest, people mostly drink the same standard type of beer, and no one complains about the lack of choice. It's quite easy. You can order with one finger. No need to see a menu or ask what's in it. It's simply beer. This worked for centuries. Consumers are fine with it. Prost! Have you ever shared a story like this and people say, "Oh, that would never work in America. Americans want choice." Yeah. Because we are flooded with Capitalist Propaganda.
So if consumer choice isn't pushing for a selection, why would a free market call for it? Imagine there are two bars and one of those bars says "30 beers on tap" and the other doesn't. You're more likely to choose it, and the other bar will have to compete in some way, often by copying. This forms trends, and people mistake this for something customers wanted. Trends are always marketing. Don't believe me? What happened to fidget spinners? So now you have a bunch of beers that no one asked for, yet will now demand. Competition creates more Capitalist Propaganda to create demand for something you never even wanted, but makes you think you do. And that's the best propaganda. You think you are thinking for yourself. This is the fallacy of consumer choice.
If you want to understand just how important that last paragraph is, consider this, "consumer choice" is the same propaganda they used to get you to carry around a device that spies on you 24/7 and sends that data to people you don't know, and you can't stop it, can you? You chose that. You wanted it. Not only that, but you paid $1,000 for the device to opt into their spying program, for the privilege of being mind controlled by the propaganda their AI selects for you. Did you read the Terms of Service? As bad as you may have thought Communist Propaganda was, Capitalist Propaganda is far better, and far stealthier. You believe you have freedom of choice. But your only choice is usually take it, or leave it. Oh, you need it for work? Maybe find a different job. Or just succumb to mass surveillance, and next year, you can drop another grand on a device with a marginally better camera.
There is a way to free yourself. You just have to understand the nature of propaganda. It took me a while, but I eventually broke free. Under Socialism, there would be laws against the exploitation of consumers. Capitalist Propaganda tells you that this takes away your freedom. This is a lie. Regulations give you the freedom to not have to worry whether the beer you're drinking has poison in it.
Germany has a lot of regulations on beer. It has the Reinheitsgebot (purity order), a law passed in 1516 that states that beer can only consist of water, hops and barley. Note, this is a different use of the word "purity" from earlier, as beer is itself a mixture of things. Historically there have also been regulations where beer could only be sold regionally, so no matter what part of Germany you were in, you only got a certain brand of beer at the bar, but it didn't matter because they all had the same ingredients. They could make wheat beers or unfiltered, but they were generally variations of pilsners and lagers. One meaning of the word "Lager" in German is "storage", meaning the beer was brewed in a way that it could be stored, allowing them to brew in bigger batches and store it.
Lagers use a more complex brewing process, so only larger breweries would make them, but this worked because of protected territories. America has a similar system, because each state has its own regulations on alcohol, but this is changing as corporate lawyers fight to homogenize the rules favorable to them, but the consumer loses control. Big brands tend to be lagers as they have general appeal to a wide audience. Did you notice this is the second time I pointed out that corporations create homogeneity? Without regulations, corporations create Fascism. That is why I tell people that we already live in the NWO but corporations rule the world instead of governments. Why do you think so few conspiracy theorists make this connection? Propagandists are paid a lot of money to keep even our small community confused about the reality of what's happening. Now, check out conspiracy and you'll see what I mean. They are spreading propaganda for the NWO over there and don't even know it. I tried to point that out and they finally banned me. Oh well. They'll figure it out in their own time.
In America, in 1978 it became legal to brew beer at home. This is what led to the explosion of new beers in the US decades later. Americans don't have purity laws, so could test new recipes. But people didn't generally like IPAs before, so how did they become so popular that they control 30% of the market? Marketing, of course. Create the market and tell people what they want.
IPA stands for India Pale Ale. It was invented by the British as an easy way to make a beer that they could drink in India. People only drank it out of necessity, as the other beers couldn't make the trip. IPAs are very easy to make and very forgiving, because if you mess it up, it already tasted bad anyway. As people started trying to get into microbrews, they often didn't have the capital to make lagers at small scale, and also wanted a simpler process so they didn't have to hire or train expert brewers, IPAs are cheap and easy to make at smaller scale.
In order to make it drinkable, brewers experimented with many different flavorings. This created a cult following of craft IPAs, where people would drive hours to stand in line for hours to try the newest concoction. The trendy nature of the craft beer world kept people training their palate to adapt to the taste of an IPA, making people start to actually like them. The flavorings made people think they were different, so even if they didn't like it, marketing tactics kept people coming back to try the latest blend. Your palate can adapt A LOT. Swedish people love Surströmming, but watch this video of Americans trying it for the first time. They tried to get me to eat it several times, but I would rather sit in a sauna until Tuesday to avoid smelling it while watching them eat it. It really smells that bad.
IPAs enticed people with popular, aromatic ingredients like bananas and pineapple. This is what I call "flavor propaganda". It's not bad in and of itself, but it can be easily misused to cover issues with quality or hide the taste of preservatives. Since we don'e have laws like Germany, you're left to rely on the knowledge and honesty of the bartender to find out. They don't make this info readily available, which is another form of Disinformation.
So if you think you actually like IPAs, just remember, you are just like a Swede eating rotten fish. A lot of propaganda went in to making IPAs popular, but it's the cheapest, easiest product to make that can be sold at the highest price, so they become popular. This is what business students call a business plan. To overcome the bad taste, IPAs were marketed as "classy" to shame you if you choose the more expensive to produce and more appealing pilsners and lagers, which were given a bad name due to being associated with major brands like Bud Light. This makes it harder to market microbrew lagers, which can only fetch a certain price due to association. And this is what is referred to as the "race to the bottom" in Capitalism.
Instead of trying to innovate ways to produce the beers you want, they just figure out how to get you to pay more for an inferior product, just like they do with BBQ. They make you think you want it. From this you can understand why "food" is full of junk that you wouldn't feed your dog. Whatever legal poison helps cheapen the product is considered "smart business", another propaganda term designed to hide the reality of doing immoral and harmful things to other humans for profit. If you make money on it, it's good. As if there aren't better choices we could come up with if there truly were a free market with an informed consumer.
***************************************************************************************
***************************************************************************************
STRENGTHEN THE FREE MARKET BY BEING AN INFORMED CONSUMER
We don't need a Communist Revolution to make positive changes, so take off your ski masks and put your Antifa flags down. I like microbrew culture and still enjoy IPAs, but understanding the marketplace is how I do my part as an informed consumer and job creator to help create the world that I want to live in. I encourage you to do the same. Vote with your dollars. Don't let the Zuck-type sociopathic, corporate people in a distant land decide what you consume by looking at ads on his platform. Visit local breweries and talk to the brewmaster. Don't reinforce alienation from labor. Connect with the people who make the things you buy. Support independent entrepreneurship. These are the paths to a brighter future where we share in the abundance of wealth.
Discover Economic Enlightenment for yourself and realize that We The People are ultimately in control. Wealth inequality is greater than it was in France before the French Revolution. Don't let this train take us into the depths where another Lenin will arise and spend the night shooting people.
How you choose to spend your money today is what decides what will become the society of tomorrow. And remember, you always have the choice to buy nothing at all. I never saw a billboard that said that.

LET THEM DRINK BEER!
I hope this gave you a glimpse behind the curtain of Capitalist Propaganda. Propaganda isn't just political, it has invaded everything and it's at full blast right now. I hope you can piece together how Capitalist Propaganda is actually designed to make you subservient by controlling what you want so they can maximize their own profit and teach you to accept whatever they offer, the homogenization of choice. However, your life is your own and you should remain in control of all aspects of it, including your desires.
Richard Wolff is an economist who studied at three elite universities in America and discusses how he was not able to even learn about Socialist Economics in the ivory tower, even though Capitalist Propaganda calls universities leftist. He found no department in America that is even willing to teach it or study it. Capitalist Propaganda censors these ideas, especially at the university. People in power don't want the serfs to learn about themselves. Check him out on YouTube. You'll realize that unchecked Capitalism leads to Fascism and Slavery, which is why they want to get rid of the minimum wage, so that we can return to sharecropping which is already increasingly happening in America under different names, like "student debt", "mortgages" and "insurance". Don't you think it's odd that a person has to go into debt so they can generate profits for corporations who really ought to be paying for this education themselves? If you have to go into debt before they'll hire you, it's much easier to negotiate against you.
If you want to see other examples of propaganda, check out this random tweet from one of America's Top Capitalist Propagandists. These are very odd pictures, and the only thing I can see in them is that they must be promoting those outfits, likely the blue dress, maybe those men's outfits as well. One thing you know is that she didn't become a billionaire by letting any single opportunity to enrich herself at the expense of others pass her by. I didn't look it up, but I am certain they sell that blue dress, or whoever does paid her to post this.
That's the main reason celebrities use social media. It's marketing. Their whole schtick is to sell garments made in a sweatshop in a foreign country by people who can't even afford a beer to Americans who are facing bankruptcy and homelessness themselves.
Read the replies of the tweet. These people have influence that vastly outsizes their understanding of their impact on the world. There are guillotines in the comments. There usually are. I'm seeing them a lot lately.
This type of propaganda is everywhere. And it's destroying America. Just like propaganda led to the demise of Nazi Germany, we could be looking at the same thing, but worse. It could start off as famine.
If you're having trouble deciding between the beers you are being offered, it's probably because you don't want anything at all, in which case the proper choice is: nothing. Or, try tap water. Maybe you're just thirsty. Now ask yourself, when you envisioned yourself at a bar, did you ever think to order water instead? Did you entertain the idea that you didn't even want a beer. That's the power of suggestion.
What if the rest of the world just cut America off from the means of production outsourced to areas with cheap labor? We would have our own famine and likely war. And if we have a revolution here, with the masses in the country being so disinformed about everything and not having any sort of class consciousness at the moment and instead stuck in alienation, the leader that rises here will likely lead to something horrifying. And we censor ourselves from pointing out the simple fact, that the only way America will survive is to tax the deluded royalty like Kim and Mark back to reality, so they can't indulge their reckless, childish delusions by selling off the very fabric of our nation to the highest bidder.
That doesn't make me a Socialist, that just makes me honest.
Enjoy your beer!

10 Brown tips for WSB Newbies

Reading through some of the posts I can see how some of you think so highly of yourselves that a single red day in a rocket ship stock market makes you feel like you're the next Warren Burry. Post after post of losers making huge returns. Everyone is getting rich but you. Boofuckinghoo. The smart investor realizes it’s all an elaborate side stepping of online casino laws. Some of it works, most of it doesn’t. To be successful, you need to be able to recognize the difference and to do that, you need hype, lots of money, and a cushy day job to fall back on when you blow up your life savings on a YOLO.
Here are ten tips that can help you along the way.
Tip 1 - You don’t know shit
But that's fine, because nobody else does either.
Tip 2 - Understand how tendies flow in the market
Tendies flow to those bold enough to earn them. If volatile stocks and speculative "investing" scare you, go to investing and park your money in an ETF.
Tip 3 - Play for the short term
The most important rule you need to follow religiously is ALL COMPANIES WILL EVENTUALLY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. If you look at the makeup of the market from 1995 to now, you'll notice a glaring trend: 90% of companies that were at the peak of the market then are now dust. You may get lucky and pick a long term winner here and there, but understand that hype is a bitch, there's always a bigger fish, and nothing lasts forever. If you're not planning your bets with well defined entry and exit points, you will end up diamond handing some losing play way too long because your confirmation bias has convinced you that you found the next Amazon in a sea of pets.com stocks from a DD post on a forum that is self described as "if 4chan found a bloomberg terminal". Picking individual stocks is for short term gains. Park your money in an ETF or index fund if you want something long term with an OK rate of return.
Tip 4 - Time is not on your side (if you're yolo'ing options)
Theta gang always wins. They don't always win as big as others win, but they always win. If you're trading short term options and you're not the one benefiting from theta, don't be so greedy that you lose your profits to theta decay and market volatility. A stock could end on a Friday just barely OTM and ruin your account just to run up 20% the following Monday.
Tip 5 - Paper Trading
Paper trading is a simulation. It behaves exactly like a real account with real active data but it’s all practice. DO THIS FOR ZERO SECONDS. Paper trading to prepare for real trading is like a boxer only training for a fight by hitting the heavy bag. It will help some, but it's nothing like a real fight. Every person who says "oh if only i had bought Apple 20 years ago I'd be a billionaire" has never actually traded anything risky because everyone who has knows that it's stupid to stare at a 100% return or even a 20% return and not lock it in.
Tip 6 - Understand taxes
Plug that stuff in to turbotax and let the nerds figure this out for you. Just remember that after each trade you make that actually earns money, set aside some for Uncle Sam. But google "wash sale" if you get bored between staring at futures and reading "DD" posts about chinese EV startups.
Tip 7 - No one knows shit
You don't know shit. I don't know shit. Nobody knows shit. Why are you reading this?
Tip 8 - Learn to read fundamentals and understand valuations
Lol jk. If you're reading about company fundamentals, go park your money in an index fund or ETF. Refer to tips 1, 3, and 7 for why this is the right move.
Tip 9 - Get rich schemes are for winners
Refer to tip 8. You're not here to try to guess which company will be the next Amazon by 2050. You're hear to scalp sick gains and retire early. If you're not shooting for at least a 3-5% monthly growth in your portfolio, skip the hassle and park your money in an ETF or index fund.
Tip 10 - Discipline and dedication
Like anything in life, to be successful you have to fucking work at it and be incredibly lucky in being at the right place and right time. Be disciplined in your entry and exit points for each play, but don't over think shit.
--
For those of you this resonates with, I look forward to seeing the loss porn on the next red market day. Do the work. For those of you who love chasing the fantasy of actually knowing what you're doing, good luck, I mean it. It’s a tough fucking pill to swallow realizing that you're not some investing prodigy and that your hundreds of hours of "DD" will woefully underperform the mouth breathers who hit a couple of lucky plays and never have to work again in their lives.
Peace.

Today I quit gambling. Any tips on withdrawal and duration?

Hello. I lost about 100k in the last 10 years gambling online.
On the one hand, I'm ashamed, disappointed, and regretful.
But on the other, I'm free from being enslaved by this behavior that isn't accepted societally, and can be argued by most to be a complete waste of time.
Right now my word doesn't mean anything; the amount of time it will take to repair my life at least one year, but the future is really bright without any intention or thought or planning to gamble ever again, not even in a real casino. From my point of view, since the purpose of gambling is supposed to be for 'fun,' and the reality of the behavior is you will lose everything you own, including your soul otherwise, there's no point. The thought of putting money you already have down on the outcome of a card flip is retarded to me, there's nothing fun or entertaining about it. I can get that same sensation playing an online multiplayer video game without being involved in a sketchy behavior that most people frown upon,
Last night I tipped a live dealer my entire balance, 1,000 because something disconnected in my brain's conduits while I was playing blackjack. The back and forth up and down winning and losing clearly exposed itself as a waste of time, and all I could think about was the time and money I wasted gambling. I would have a lot of money in my bank account right now, and probably be close to retiring from a career in 5-10 years if I never got involved with this behavior. Well, a lot more than money would be different in my life right now, best not to focus too much on the past and on the future and present now.
The behavior ruins lives, it gets people addicted, and quite frankly even if you were a billionaire and could sit there 24/7 playing, why would you bother? The time element is the biggest thing for me, I can earn that money back in a few years working. All that time and energy I spent 'trying to beat the game' could have been saved and used on something else. Even playing video games would have been a better use of time, because at least at the end win or lose I'm not filled with worry, self loathing, and all the emotions that lead to premature death and health problems.
I plan on studying, reading, watching movies, television, eating healthy, exercising, and playing video games to help my brain heal. It's not the loss of money, but the loss of time and accepting and admitting to myself that yes, I wasted ten years of my life. Yes, I wasted it gambling over the internet, like an autistic. It almost feels like I can't live with myself holding these memories, but instead I should use these disappointing and horrible memories as a foundation to do good things for myself and future.

Swagbucks is currently handing out 55$ for getting level 160 is Billionaire casino

This might not sound important but the offer is easily completed in 4-5 hours and u/Mikazah made a wonderful guide on how to complete it. one tip I would give it to do the Huuuge Diamonds casino. It doesn't have any free spins but every so often it hands out a chest with chips in it and the higher your level your jackpots range from 100m chips to 6B. Same thing with the chests.
Edit: Alot of the comments said that it would take more than 4-5 hours depending on how lucky you are.

New owners of the bar came in - stiffed me

Additional formatting coming tomorrow on pc, typed this on my phone right after this happened.
One of the bars I am working at has recently been sold to new owners. This is something I heard about four days ago. Today during my shift, two guys came in. For your reader's imagination; the bar is an old school 'beer wine some cocktails bar'/ pub where people can have a good time or get shitfaced, whatever you want.
The guys came up to the bar. "Can I have a wine" "Sure, red or white?" "I'd like a sauv. Blanc from new Zealand" "Really? That's nice. Don't have it though. How about (insert wine suggestions blablabla)"
With their beer and Verdejo they walk to a table and continue their conversation. I eaves-drop on their conversation, and hear them talking about what they'd do to this place if it was theirs or something. Sure.
A regular comes in, sitting at the bar. He's shitfaced today and I was genuinely concerned for his mental health. He was angry, talking to himself alot (he has never done that before) and telling me how painful it has been for him that the bar was closed the past three days. I was telling him reasons, calming him down, making sure he wasn't harassing other guests. All of a sudden the guy from before, the wine from NZ guy, literally pushes his iPad in my face (stopped like 10 cm. before my face) while saying nothing. I looked at the screen which showed an empty bar for the wifi password. I look at him, tell him he can just ask me instead and that I am currently talking to a guest, but fill in the password regardless.
"(...) but, here you go. Should work!"
Guy says nothing and walks back to his table.
I further their service, make some jokes with them, make them laugh, made sure they have a good time. Later, when it was time for the bill, they paid the EXACT amount on the bill, not giving any tip whatsoever. I ask them: did you make a nice plan for this place? What will you do with it? I imagine you're the new owners" "Yes we have nice plans" "What are they?" "What would you do with it?" They ask me I give vague hints on what I would do "But, are you the new owners?" "Yes" "Why have we not introduced ourselves then?" I said, giving them a hand. "Right"
They shake me hand and say their name, not listening to mine. They have to ask again what my name is. They then proceed to tell me to "stick with this bar, don't leave for another place because we are great owners and you have not heard our offer yet"
I didn't say the following thing, but I wasn't quite thinking of sticking around because I have witnessed their offer. Snobs that feel above the people that work there (iPad), offering a low wage (no tips? I don't imagine they are generous) and not introducing yourself as a new owner. I'm going to he heading out, thanks though.

Billionaire Casino 4000SB offer

Billionaire Casino 4000Sb tips and tricks
Hey, I completed this offer in 2 days. I am quarantined to my house and spent a total of 9 hours and $10 to complete the offer. Not bad for being bored in the house with nothing to do. Mostly luck but there are some key things to do as highlighted below.
  1. Join a club as soon as you can.
By joining a club you’re eligible for a portion of everybody’s winnings. This didn’t really help me until the end when I realized how lucrative it can be. Just make sure to join one that has lots of people and they all have billions of chips
  1. Watch for promotions and events
There are always events going on. I was able to get 15 hours of double XP boosts (a huge lifesaver) from the events and almost a billion chips. Really worth it to check them out. Also, If you have Facebook there are tons of free coins there. Don’t forget to collect daily shop bonus and billionaire coins!
  1. This one is key... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING UNTIL LATER IN THE GAME
As with all casino apps as soon as you make a purchase the deal suck. The longer you wait the better the deals get so try to wait as long as you can. Purchases really help and there is no way to complete this without a purchase unless you are super lucky but just remember, the house always wins.
  1. My personal favourite slots is huge quick jackpots, by far the best one for me. Followed by huge diamond wins, samba spins and Buffalo spins. DONT GET GREEDY. As soon as you win big leave that slot game. Find another as the payouts suck after winning
  2. ROULETTE- EASIEST WAY TO LEVEL UP- 10m bet opens at Level 65-And the most important is make sure to save about 50 million coins at all times so you can do roulette. Roulette is the main way I leveled up. Place it all on black and red and you gain XP without losing it all so quickly. Takes a while but is guaranteed the fastest and safest way to level up. Be prepared as it can land on green and you lose everything but that rarely happens.
Maybe I was lucky, but I had found other tips online and will update this if I forgot anything.
Comment below and I’ll try my best to answer them

Offerwall revisted part 2

After the first post, I replied to most of the comments and decided I'd try a few more games, while the first post had some mixed reactions, it seemed more positive and helpful to others than not. Well, you know you want to feed the machine for WoL and Death Machine after all... or maybe you already did and you're just wanting to rebuild that stash for Kilfe, FFTv2, or whoever. I have a few suggestions and tips for each. Do note that it's not up to me what's shown on your wall, or why numbers super fluctuate, I'm only trying to share advice on what has worked for me, to make this easier for you. A couple of the comments were... very aggressive as if I stiffed you, sorry for taking all the good stuff I guess? Be aware that the potential numbers I listed was what I got, you may get more or less, I'm guessing as more do or skip a challenge the numbers alter to reflect the popularity. I apologize for not labeling it clearly again, but this is on the Android paywall, I understand that for whatever reason, Apple has shafted it's users, sorry.

One Punch Man 2.0 - Beat 5-4 within 1 week. Fairly straightforward challenge, some of the worlds get kinda big, but if you like OPM, you might dig this a bit, like any gacha game there are tiers of characters and some will help you finish this challenge faster than others. 3 x 3 party grid, field 5, and turns are based on the position on the grid up right, far right, bot right, up middle etc so you have some control on altering specials and turn order. Several codes out there will help you fill up your party faster. Every 4 stages is a miniboss, so 1-8, 1-12 etc, usually the following 3 are much easier... unlike Idle Heroes, you can go as far as your party takes you. Also BIG note, the challenge does vanish from your offerwall... it still paid out pretty quickly on completion. codes
Potential 1260 visiore, took 1 1/2 days, I feel like I had a really strong party, some of my guild mates took 3 and 4 days, ymmv a bit.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Left to Survive - Level 6 base in 10 days. Probably the most fun out of all the games I've played lately, a bit unique (at least to me) in gameplay. The game is half base builder, have weapon upgrades to shoot zombies in an old arcade style shooter. I thought this challenge would take longer, but it seems when I hit rank 4 an anniversary event opened up. Did this challenge enough to hit 18000 tier (10k oil as a reward), which also gave me enough points to purchase several things from the event shop. I was scared at first to redeem anything, as I was certain I'd lose materials over my cap... I have roughly a 3k supplies and oil cap, so 10k was quite a lot... the shop had 100000 supplies for like 250 tokens, I had 1000, on top of this, the shop also had 10x 1 hour speed ups for 300, bought that twice, and finished really quickly. The game will force you into 1 pvp match, and attempt to have you raid someone, you can back out of the raid, it'll break your peace shield. The anniversary event should be going on for another 3 or 4 days. Overall different, kinda fun, different change of pace, pretty easy to complete within the peace shield time limit... even easier if you take advantage of the anniversary event.
Potential 1620 visiore, took about 12 hours, was scared to lose resources otherwise it'd have been about 10~
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Vikings: War of Clans - Train any T3 unit, no time limit. Do note theirs a timed version as well, but oddly enough it pays LESS, so why hurt yourself on rushing? On top of you only get 1 builder, which as limiting as that is... wasn't the worst issue. That said this one is super time consuming... usually with base building games you need to quickly upgrade your keep/castle to upgrade your barracks to build higher tier troops, not the case here... you need to do that AND research it in the tower. The costs of even the T2 units (and you have to unlock ALL of them) is astronomical, at this point I was getting about 1500 resources an hour, and hitting nodes on the map for about 8k of 1 type per hour. Each T2 (that I can see) is 48 hours to complete, 50k of all resources and 90k silver. It's disgusting, and I imagine the T3 will be even worse. So not only is this gated on time, the resources needed is pretty staggering, you also only get a 3 day shield. Getting attacked may be a problem, they won't get any of the normal resources due to your storage protection... but silver isn't protected until rank 21, so if you're struggling to hit 90k multiple times and possibly even more, it could become a problem. You can join a clan and someone might send you silver, but most of the people I've seen in chat are pretty... derpy to say it kindly. Overall I'd pass on this one, even without it having a time limit I'd still say pass.
Potential 1822 visiore, currently at 2 1/2 days... I wager at least another 7 to finish, more if I become a target... at least it's not timed, but who wants to add onto the stress?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Afk Arena - Train any Legendary hero, no time limit. A bit of luck with this, the upgrade system is just like the OPM one, but just in case you don't try that... 2 of the SAME rare (blue), makes a rare+, any 3 rare+ of the same element makes an elite (purple), 2 of the SAME elite, makes an elite+, 3 elite + of the same element makes a legendary. This game also has a lot of codes that you can get a bunch of quick units. I recommend selling any green tier units for hero shards and using the shop to buy random blue tier units... you should be able to get most/all of them. Push as far as you can in the story, the tower, and the maze event, it too gives tokens to buy randoms (or save up to buy an elite dupe, this will depend on your pulls of course). This isn't too bad, very similar to Idle Heroes in the sense that after the first hour or two, you only need to collect, push, recruit more units every 8 or so hours. Not a hard challenge at all, part of it is luck on pulls, maybe you'll finish faster, maybe you'll need to level a lot and really grind out every crystal you can, it's hard to say... but they do get codes fairly often and it's not timed, so it could be a refreshing break. Do note this challenge also vanishes off of your wall, but you'll still get paid. codes
Potential 756 visiore, finished in 1 1/2 days. Just finished about 30 min ago, but was credited before I finished this post. I doubled up this game while doing Vikings after the first day.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also not saying to do or don't, but it seems that someone got lucky...
Lord_Xashen
The "Billionaire Casino Slots 777: Free Vegas Games" one for reaching Level 200 is bugged? I grinded to Level 162 and when I swapped over to check the WotV shop for WoL Shards, the Visiore was sitting in my inbox.
Edit: Not complaining

Total visiore earned to date - 14688, I'm sure I'll try a few more, just they'll have to wait, I move Monday and some of these can be pretty time intensive. I'm considering going for one of the Star Trek ones, and another base builder... once I've settled in of course.
Again, I'm happy to reply to comments or pms if something needs further explanations, or even if you have a story you'd like to share as well.

Guide: How I finished Huuuge Casino Level 200 (Rev Uni, 6000 SB) in just 3 days

Proof:
https://preview.redd.it/xb9iqs5zlob51.png?width=1416&format=png&auto=webp&s=c952b5e5d5a6e582de865619558eac4c29410008
3 days ago, Revenue Universe had their double campaign and Huuuge Casino worth jumped from 3000 to 6000. It may have been higher on other sites or wall, but this was the first time I saw it this high. I actually failed this offer a month back on IOS for 5200 because I ran out of chips at around level 49 and just decided to quit. I decided to bite the bullet on this one, despite my failure, and decided to retry it (this time on Android). To my surprise, 3 days later, I was able to reach level 200. I have also included tips at the bottom of page for anyone who just want to know stuff like how to not run out of chips, when to use your lottery tickets, how much to bet, etc.
IMPORTANT EDIT: This is unconfirmed because I haven't checked on it but according to a few users, Huuuge Casino and other similar casino games have a small safeguard secret prize before level 50 that grants you chips during some level ups when you are under 20 million so it is almost impossible to lose all your chips. That way, you can max bet all the way to level 50 and if you are lucky, you may end up with a few hundred million of chips by then (again I haven't confirmed this yet, but I'm currently doing the Billionaire Casino offer (which is literally a carbon copy of Huuge Casino and vice versa in terms of slot machine, layout, etc) and this seems to be a thing. In terms of the hundred of millions of chips part, that is all dependent on Jackpot luck so take that part with a grain of salt).

Some stats

Time it took me 62 hours. If you did the simple math, that means of the 3 days I used to finish this offer. my android phone was on most of the time. The only time my phone wasn't on was during the last few hours when I was asleep because it turned off while I was spinning on Huuuge Diamond since I didn't want the offer to credit in the middle of the night. However, there is a catch. I used an auto clicker and bought the chips necessary to complete the offer. My phone didn't get all that hot during the 62 hours it was on, but just in case, if you are going to be like me and keep a phone on for 62 hours straight, be sure the phone is lying on something cool like a fan so the phone doesn't overheat.
Other apps used Yes, I used an auto clicker. Otherwise, it would've taken a lot longer, more attention, and mind-numbingly frustrating. More info about that down below. For the autoclicker, I just downloaded the one that was the first result off of the play store. It was very simple too use.
Amount of chips used Overall, I had about maybe 1.5-1.6 billion chips in total and used about 1-1.1 billion chips to get to level 200. I don't know if I was lucky or not, so this number can be lower or higher depending on luck but if you buy the 6.99 or 9.99 chip pack, there won't be much of a problem.
How much money spent I spent on the 9.99 beginners pack that gave 1.3 billion chips, making for a 50 dollar profit. According to other posts I've seen, there seems to be a 6.99 pack you can get once you hit level 100 which should be enough chips to get to 200, but I never received the deal for some reason and I didn't seem to be the only one. Was it worth it? If you are impatient like me, using 10 dollars instead of spending days grinding out 1 billion chips sounds worth it in my book. However, for those who do not want to spend money, this offer can still be easily completed without spending money. Just be prepared to grind out a little over a billion chips.

My Level Breakdown

Here's a breakdown of what I did, but if you've read other posts regarding Huuuge Casino, this is mainly going to be repeat information.
Level 1-50 (Or when you have 100-125 million chips): Huuuge Diamond slot.
EDIT: This section maybe obsolete if the secret prize is a confirmed feature. If that is the case, just max bet to level 50, but the amount of chips you will receive will vary. If you want to stay safe, then just 10k bet. In exchange for time, you'll have a more stable end outcome.
This is where I spent my time for the first 50 levels. As to the reason why, on Huuuge Diamond, you can auto spin indefinitely. Nothing will stop the autospin, not even the level up notifications or the charm packs they give you every stupid milestone level up. I realized this when I forgot to check my phone after 6 hours and it was still going at it, so I left it over night and in the morning, it was still spinning. I would say it took me 30 hours or so to get to level 50 (just my estimate since I wasn't really diligently timing everything)
To the people who already finished this offer, they may be wondering "why 50 and not 65? 65 is when the Singapore Roulette opens up." The answer to that was because when I hit level 50, I had about 143 million chips (how I got this much will be explained in the tips, but it's honestly really simple. I never went over a 10k bid) and xp from slots is extremely slow. That's why once you hit maybe 125 million chips or so, it is good to switch to the Melbourne Roulette. By the way, SAVE YOUR TICKETS UNTIL YOU REACH LEVEL 100. According to another post I read, the rewards from the lottery is increased once you hit level 100 so it's best to save your lottery tickets until then.
Level 50-65: Melbourne roulette. Go to the roulette menu and hold down on the Melbourne roulette to start a private room. Bet half on red and half on black. That way, you will only lose if it hits the only 2 greens on the roulette. The max bid here is 1 million, so with over 100 million chips, you shouldn't be hurting for chips. This part, unlike the slots, should go by like it's nothing (I don't remember how long, but probably 1-3 hours). This was also around the time I started using the auto clicker because it will become tedious to tap on re-bet and ready every 5 seconds. With the autoclicker, for these 15 or so levels, you don't have to pay ANY attention if you don't want to. But once you reach level 65, it's time to move onto the final step.
Level 65-200: Singapore roulette. Around this time, I lost maybe 10 million chips from 50-65, so I was down to 133-134 million. Over here, max bet is 10 million, so put 5 million on red and 5 million on black. This was enough to get me to level 120 surprisingly, but at level 100, I started spinning in the lottery so I received more chips there and a 24 hour 2x experience bonus so that should also be taken into account (I also had a small unlucky streak where it green 2 times in a row a couple of times within 7 or spins so that was frustrating...). At level 120, I spent 9.99 to buy a pack that had 1.3 billion chips in. For those who do not want to spend money, this is where the grind begins for 1 billion chips.
Earlier on in these levels, it will be easier to level up and it will take longer to level up as you go higher, but honestly, it isn't that bad until it level 190. I don't know if it was just me, but level 190 to 200 felt waaaaay longer than level 180-190. For those of you curious, from level 199 to level 200, it took around 22-25 minute. In terms of leftover chips, I had 680 million left.

Tips

Join a good club! For those of you who don't want to spend money and for those who do, this is one of the most important rules as you can get a lot of free chips easily from your club members jackpots. I was able to get maybe 60 million or more just from collecting off the club wall because my club was fairly active. While searching for a club, filter your search options to Club level 20, anyone can join, and club members between 90-100. Even if there is only 10-15 members active in the club out of 100, that is still a good club to be a part in.
Do not use your tickets until you reach level 100. Your winnings from lottery will increase once you hit level 100. After using your tickets, you will most likely get a 2x exp bonus as one of your rewards. Use this time well (From level 100-200, I got 3 2x exp bonuses. With all the lottery tickets accumulated up till this point, you\re bound to get at least 1).
Probably obvious, but do not bet more than 10k on Huuuge Diamond. I can not stress this enough. The reason why I lost all my chips the first time I did this offer was because I was cocky and kept winning big with 50-100k bids, but that soon went down the gutter the higher level I got. Bet low, win high.
My slot machine of choice was Huuuge Diamond, but I think, honestly, any machine with a 10k bid can work, but I am not sure on this. I think this is also a good one to grind chips. I think the max jackpot, if you don't get the main jackpot on the top of the screen, is 1.6 million with a 10k bid, so it is still respectable. If anyone else knows of a better machine to grind on, please let us all know.
This website https://gamehunters.club/huuuge-casino/share-links gives you free chips if redeemed on the device you are playing Huuuge Casino on. I honestly did not need to use this site as the chips I bought were enough and the site lags my already super slow phone so it was a hassle to click on the reward, open the app to claim, and switch back.
I may have forgotten to add some things, so if anything comes up, I'll be sure to update. This was meant to give people a sort of guideline to an offer that I have seen given some people frustration (me included because this is the second time I did it, first time being unsuccessful). Once I hit 200, I was instantly credited with no pending. For those willing to spend for the $6.99 or $9.99 pack, this offer can be completed between 60-70 hours, give or take. For those who do not want to spend money, I would say to double the expected time, but finishing in 2 weeks is still doable. Good luck everyone and I hope this guide lightens a bit off your shoulders.
P.S. Sorry for the long guide. I talk a lot lol

Mobile Game Offers

I only recently started doing game offers and am really liking it. I've done Huuuge Casino, Billionaire Casino, Raid, and am doing Coin Master right now.
What are good game offers? Guides? What are some of the game offers you've done in the past and liked? Or ones that aren't as popular as the big offers? Tips or stories? I'm just interested in information in general and its difficult to find lots of information unless I search individual games

[GUIDE] How to get your first 10-20$ skin for free + proof (Clickloot) (REUPLOAD)

Help me in the comments to get this guide better and more complete and share it to your friends!

Heyya (sorry for my weird english I'm french) !
Since I reinstalled Clickloot like 1-2 weeks ago, I tried to find as many tips as possible Imma share it to you guys :)~I'll add more tips in the future
So let's start:

[BASIC TUTORIAL] Pass this part if you already have clickloot

-Go to clickloot.com or install the mobile app and create a new account by steam or anything it doesn't matter at the start (later to withdraw you'll need your steam account)
-Click on rewards and claim as many things as possible (use my code "nefreex" for referral, you get 250 coins and it's always appreciated ^^)
You should get your first 500 coins ez pz

[HOW TO GET THAT FAT MONEY] Basically the useful part

Get the mobile app then go to earn (bottom left corner)Depends on your location you'll get different surveys and offers but the most important surveys should still appear.
If you see Tapjoy or Ironsource, go on them. They're basically the best ones for me, high paying surveys and you surely get your money, prefer Tapjoy because you get offers who rewards you a part of the coins each time you get closer to complete the survey
Do one of the surveys below:

BEST APPS SURVEYS :

Huuuge casino and Billionaire casino

~20000-30000 coins for getting to level 200 (they offer different amount of coins sometimes, depends on the level required, consider taking the one mentioned right above on Tapjoy if you find it, you get parts of the rewards at level 50-70-100-150-200.
Time: some days or hours (depends on the offer and the luck)Many useful tips here: https://www.reddit.com/Swagbuckstutorials/comments/gswbx1/tips_for_huuuge_casino_slots/
Other tips :
-you can't loose all your chips until you get to level 30-40 [NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED]-at the beginning you can go full max bet-consider using the 3-4 first machines, they're giving good amounts of chips (I prefer using Huuuge diamonds wins (rare wins but high rewards) because the firsts levels you're completely rigged and then God of sky (less rare wins and decent rewards))
-you can use macros to close popups and to claim rewards it works-don't spam the machines for my experience you get less wins
-don't give up if you don't have any more money, just retry tomorrow and claim as many daily/ club rewards as possible. You have 30-60 days to complete this survey !
-use the advanced search to find diamond clubs and join them, you get a decent amount of coins on those clubs.

[NEW] MISTPLAY

~3000 coins to get profile level 3 found on Tapjoy
Time : 30-45 mins
Difficulty : Easy
If you don't receive your coins after doing the survey it's a bug on this one it's okay, wait 24hrs and send a ticket to the support of Tapjoy with a screen showing that you got to lvl 3, I got credited less than 24hrs later ^^
Tips:
-when they ask you which games do you like/ play (i don't remember exactly sorry) just click on all games, you'll get more choice
-focus on the xp, look for the two best ones and try to hit on both lvl 3-4 (different level than the profile one, this way you're level 3 (or almost, you just take the third best game and get this one to lvl 2 to get profile lvl 3)

Pop slots

~5000 coins to get to level 27 but some redditors said that you get a different survey (25$ to level 28) [NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED]. You get the full amount of coins only when you complete the survey.
Time: 1-2 days
Tips:I found another reddit tutorial for this [NEED TO BE VERIFIED]https://www.reddit.com/Swagbuckstutorials/comments/gstr4s/pop_slots_tutorial/
Other tips:
-you can go full afk with this one + macro for more speed

Words with friends 2

(only seen on ironsource), ~500 or 1400 coins if you complete 25 words against an opponent, really easy if you know how to play, if not just find a quick guide on YouTube (trust me it's so easy)
Time: 1-2 hours max (btw don't stress if you didn't get your coins right after, I got them 3 days later)
Tips:
-No matter winning or loosing the game, just make 25 words-Make a private game with another account and play vs yourself [NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED]
-Use less letters and try to make the most words per round-If you feel that it's the right game, use all you addons.
-If you play vs a random and you're winning, always try to loose. Your opponent will more likely stay on the game and you get your points ez.
-You can use scrabble cheats if you're lazy to think just search on Google

Neverland Casino [WORK IN PROGRESS]

(actually finding a good survey and finishing it)
Still a nice guide here : https://www.reddit.com/Swagbuckstutorials/comments/hs91u8/neverland_casino_game_guide_crosspost_from/
btw I'll think I'll use a lot of those Swagbucks tutorials, they're great.

Coin Dozer

~1800 coins to get level 25.
Difficulty : So easy
Only tip : change your clock time to gain coin just like you play it everyday, ez survey.

Coin Master

~3000 coins to get to the 4 village.
Time & Difficulty : Okay, few days (you just need to go on the app 1 or 2 times per day for some mins)
Tips:
-Connect with Facebook to boost the beginning if you want.
-If you're linked with facebook, loop up for free coins website that gives coupons for the game ( http://conseilsjeux.com/coin-master-spins-et-coins-gratuits/ ) (french site but first links should work and gives out a bit of coins in the game if you're logged in to facebook)
-Don't waste time on it, give it some mins, spin & upgrade and then quit, that's it.

Slotomania

~10000 coins to get lvl 100 (found on fyber)
Time : 1-2 days
Difficulty : ez as fck
Tips :
-You can easily afk
-Connect to Facebook and use this site : https://www.peoplesgamezgiftexchange.com/slotomania-free-coins/gifts to get tons of free coins ;)

Appkarma

~500 or 1000 depends on survey platform, get to 700 coins on it.
Time : 2 hours
Difficulty : Easy
Tips:
-Claim all things that's possible to claim, you're already at +400 coins by doing nothing.
[UPDATE] You have two methods to farm :
1st one, spamming ads for 1 coin until you can't. After that just do a cheap mission like launch and install the app, and then spamming ads again (you can make a macro for this).
[NEW] 2nd one, go to playtime rewards, allow the app and then play Coin master (avoid this game if you're already doing the coin master survey, just do another app), idk if afk while the game is opened works, I suggest you to interact every 1 or 2 minutes [NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED].
The 2nd option is faster, but not available for everyone !

[EXTERNAL TIPS]

-Bluestacks works and you don't get banned using this (best option if you don't have a phone) (a friend tried and still use it)
-DON'T USE VPN ! You get banned really fast if you use a vpn to get better surveys
-Be kind with the support ! They have a hard work with all those kiddos who wants a knife without doing anything. Shoutout to Braincell! This active chat moderator, you can ask him anything he'll respond, he's the best x)
-Avoid those weird ~50 coins surveys that tells you to install a shitty app and launch it, this apps are always the same (shitty game always repetitive and many ads) you don't get any rewards from these and I found these apps creepy.. [NEEDS TO BE VERIF.. nah i'm joking xD

[WITHDRAW] The best part x)

[Be careful and check market prices! Sometimes you can overpay a lot]
-Don't worry you get the trade offer shortly after buying be sure to fill out your trade url before.
-If you trigger their anti-fraud system and they tell you to contact them, don't worry just contact them they have a really nice support (they usually respond in less than 24h) it happens to me and after that I could finally withdraw :p
MONEY SYSTEM: 1000 coins ~~ 0.80€ (if you pay attention, you overpay everywhere, they make a decent marge of money, skins are the ones that you'll overpay less)

[Proof and credits]

https://imgur.com/a/R3EKPTR my recent winnings (I already got some skins before but it was some years ago) and I currently have 7000 coins at the time I'm making this guide.

Tips for Huuuge Casino Slots

Here are some tips for those who are are working on Huuuge Casino. The tips also apply to Billionaire Casino.

  1. Make sure to get Free chips (ex. site)
  2. Join a club that is atleast level 20 that completes daily events.
    1. You can use the Advanced Search to specify level. I would also recommend increasing the member size too.
    2. Collect Free chips from the Club Wall as they become available
  3. While playing slots, send Likes and Connect with others as new players show up.
    1. This will increase how many Daily Chips you get (max 100 likes, max 25 friends)
    2. You can also bulk send Connect requests to all members of your Club once you join one
  4. Collect Free chips from the Shop
    1. Lower right corner, on timer
  5. Collect Free chips from Betty Bonus
    1. Lower left corner of lobby, on timer
  6. Collect and save your lottery tickets until atleast level 100
    1. The lottery prizes increase once you hit level 100. ( u/JefeTomas12 )
    2. You should always see a timer going on the lottery button for earning another lottery ticket. If you don't, enter the lottery area and then exit to get the timer going again.
  7. Use Baccarat or Roulette to grind
    1. It is usually recommended to reach level 65 before doing baccarat or roulette because that is when the 10M betting table opened up. Even before 65 I would use the these to get the most out of my 5min x2 XP boosts.
    2. Always start a private room. To do this, go to the menu with the roulette table options. Hold your finger on a table and a pop up will appear with an option of creating a private table. This will significantly speed things up as you wont have to wait for other players to bet!
    3. Baccarat has slightly better odds at keeping your money for longer, however I felt that it was much slower per game even with a private room. It also looks like baccarat gives less XP per 10M bet then Roulette, but I did not verify the exact amount. I estimated almost hafl. I would recommended Roulette during x2 XP if you have the chip cushion at the very least.
      1. Baccarat = (.458 banker win odds * .975) + (.446 player win odds * 1) + (.096 tie odds * 1) = .989 average percentage of bet won
      2. Roulette = (.947 red or black win odds * 1) + (.053 0 or 00 win odds * 00 = .947 average percentage of bet won
    4. For roulette:
      1. Choose your total bet amount and place 1/2 on Red and 1/2 on Black. You will have a high probability of getting your money back with this method to allow for longer grinding. You will only lose if the wheel hits 0 or 00.
    5. For baccarat:
      1. Choose your total bet amount and place 1/2 on Player and 1/2 on Bank. You will have a high probability of getting all your money back with this method to allow for longer grinding. You will only lose a small amount of money in the case of the Bank winning (250,000 on a 10M total bet).
  8. ALWAYS utilize x2 XP power ups, even at lower levels
    1. This is the time to add a bit of risk for a higher reward, especially when betting on roulette where the risk is far less. Max out betting on roulette as much as you can, its worth it, especially if it means you level up and get the next level's rewards.
    2. From u/Greenoverzz: If you have x2 XP for 5 minute, click the spin button instead of auto as it tends to be faster
    3. You can get x2 XP for 24 hours from the lottery wheel, which is the best reward by far ( u/JefeTomas12 )
    4. From levels 1-80, you will receive a 5 minute x2 XP boost every 5 levels. Starting at level 81, you will receive a 5 minute x2 XP boost every level. It is good to plan for this. If you have the chips for it, you can use that x2 XP boost plus betting 10M on roulette to shoot you from 81 to approximately 125 without running out of XP boost.
If you're looking at a level 200 offer from Huuuge Casino, it is really difficult even with the above tips to complete in 7 days. It might be possible in a 14+ day window. Obviously you can make it easier by spending a little money, but I don't like making tip guides based on spending money. That's probably just me.
If you do want to spend money, your first purchase is discounted so make it count! u/TheOofsterInTF2 commented that once you reach level 100 or so, you will get a $8.99 800+ million chip pack offer. If you are interested in getting this pack, remember to not make any other purchases before this. They reached level 200 in 6 days (see their post here). They also commented they had to grind 15+ min per level towards the end, which is really mind numbing to me. If you want to spend less, there should be a $1.99 option with a couple million chips and a lot of bronze tickets ( u/JefeTomas12 ). The tickets can help complete the bronze puzzle or score you that x2 24hr XP boost!
Enjoy and Good Luck!

Swagbuck Games Report: Casino Games

8/26 Update - Added Star Slots information
This is the "Casino Games" section of my Swagbuck Games post: To All The Swagbuck Games I've Ever Played.
If you are interested in other types of Swagbuck games, refer to the previous post for links to additional game groups. I had to break the original game post up because the word count was too long to add any more content. This post will be updated as I complete new Casino offers. I will update the first line of this post with a quick summary of changes when new information is posted.
The following is a list of the games discussed in this post. For those who are new to Discover offers or feel less comfortable with mobile games, in the following list I have marked easier offers with "(Beginner)". Items marked with "(Beginner+)" are on the easier side but with a bit more complexity. This is a standard marking I use across all my lists.
Here is a brief list of the games:
Other items to note:
-------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------

Pop Slots ($25)

This was by far and away the easiest Swagbucks game I've played to date. I completed it in under 2 hours. I wrote up a tutorial here.
Time to Complete: Level 28 offer took me less then two hours and I wasn't completely passive. Level 35 offer (which I helped my sister-in-law with on a non-Swagbucks site) took me 2 days, but we just had the phone sitting on the counter while we did other stuff. Needed a restock on tokens the next day for the level 35 offer.
Credit Experience: Credited immediately without issue.
Biggest Con: None
Overall Recommendation: Would definitely recommend. I've seen the offer amount go from $25 down to $5 back up to $15, so I would say hold out for atleast a $10 offer.
Guide for Reference: [Guide] Pop Slots

Huuuge Casino ($20)

Another slots game like Pop Slots, but they also have some non-slot games like poker and roulette.
First off, I did not complete this offer. This was one of the first offers I did on Swagbucks and I didn't know how to really gauge if offers were doable or not, that offers have different completion times, etc. Unfortunately the offer I selected was a level 200 in 10 days offer. By day 6 I was at level 164 and low on chips. With how much I was having to bet on slots or roulette with each level, I knew there wasn't any hope without spending money at that point.
Fastforward a couple weeks later and I learned a tip that would have probably saved me: you can create a private roulette table! This significantly reduces the time each turn at roulette takes! In hopes of helping others looking at this offer, I wrote up some game tips that are probably good to look over before starting Huuuge. If I had known all these before I started, I would have definitely made it to level 200.
Today there was a post on the forum from someone who says they reached level 200 in 6 days after buying a $6.99 chip pack with 800+ million chips. They also commented that the roulette grind was rough, taking 15+ minutes per level. Otherwise their tips were the same as what I had posted.
Time to Complete: Did not reach level 200, but without making any purchases I would say don't take an offer that was less then two weeks. You can run the slots passively, but the non-slot games need interaction for each round/hand.
Credit Experience: n/a
Overall Recommendation: I would not recommend any level 200 offer unless it was not time constrained or if you were planning on making a purchase. There is usually also level 100 offer for less money (~$8). Give that an attempt on a double SB day.
Guide for Reference: [Guide] Huuuge Casino and Billionaire Casino

Billionaire Casino ($20)

8/26 Update: Swagbucks increased this offer to $50 for level 160 in 14 days. This is up from $20 level 150 offer that they had been running on and off for a while. It had jumped up to $40 for about a month before it jumped to $50.
-------
I honestly hate the Huuuge branded slot casinos. They just aren't fun to play and you need to be semi-active for the roulette grind. This offer was to get to level 150 in 14 days, so the grind was much less then the level 200 Huuuge Casino offer. Yuck! I had some good luck getting 2 Charm event packs completed for big chip wins so I was able to complete in 3 days, grinding roulette when I had the time. The offer went pending after maybe 10 minutes. (Note: the Charm event was a limited time event)
If you're planning on doing Billionaire Casino, my tips write-up for Huuuge Casino also applies as they are basically the same exact game: here.
Time to Complete: 3 days, but lucked out with some event chip wins
Credit Experience: Pended immediately
Biggest Con: The grind! It can kill your spirit and your soul, especially if you're unlucky with wins, events, or the lottery wheel.
Recommendation: I would only recommended level 150 offers or lower. Pended without any issues, so expecting to credit in the next couple days.
Guide for Reference: [Guide] Huuuge Casino and Billionaire Casino

Club Vegas ($12.50)

Another casino offer. There are times in the middle of these casino offers that I just wonder why I put myself through this. I was at this point with about 15 levels to go and only 5 million chips when I happened to stumble across my own personal gold mine! It was the slot Spartan Gold. I am usually one of the unluckiest people when it comes to casino games, but I would hit huge win after win after win with that slot, including two Grand jackpots, one valuing over 400 million! I honestly think that slot might be bugged.
Remember to collect free coins each day at a site like this one. When first starting the game, click offers starting with the most recent and going backwards until they stop crediting.
Time to Complete: About 3 days to reach level 70
Credit Experience: Pended immediately
Biggest Con: You can't put the game on auto. There are "spin" or "collect" screens that will just wait there forever for you. I couldn't find any slots that didn't have this. So you need to be able to check on the game every couple minutes.
Recommendation: The time limit was 30 days, so even without the crazy luck I had, I wasn't concerned about eventually getting there. I'm just bored out of my mind of casinos so its hard for me to recommend. If you like casino games and can babysit the game, then yes I would recommend.
Guide for Reference: No guide found....might need to write something up for this one...

Star Slots ($8.50)

I finished this offer a couple weeks ago, but wasn't able to write up a report on it until now so I'm trying to refresh my memory on this one. Thankfully I had a helpful commentor on the main thread who I'm referencing to jog my memory.
This is another casino by the Huuuge brand casino slots. It has similarities to Huuuge Casino and Billionaire Casino with two notable differences: (1) how clubs work and (2) no roulette table. Clubs do not have daily challenges (although they have a note saying they're coming). Instead clubs provide benefit by percentage increase of free chips as well as some free chips when members hit jackpots.
Remember to collect free coins each day at a site like this one. When first starting the game, click offers starting with the most recent and going backwards until they stop crediting.
Time to Complete: About 5 days to reach level 80. I wasn't focusing on it much over those 5 days so its possible it could have been doable in 4. A commentor on my main post added this about the recent level 110 offer on Swagbucks.
The 110 offer in 14 is definitely doable, but might be a bit tough without good luck. I got to 80 in about 6 days.
Credit Experience: N/A as I completed the offer on a non-Swagbucks site
Biggest Con: The slot machine minimum bet amount continues to increase as you level. Between that and the relative shortage of free chips, the likelihood of running out of chips increases. This just means you have to wait to replenish, but it does slow things down a bit. One hint is that the minimum bet amount only increases once you leave a slot and then start another one.
Recommendation: The level 80 one is easy to hit if you have 10-14 days. Be a little more cautious about a level 110 14 day offer. If you have 20+ days, I'd gauge that you'd have no problems either.

r/startups banned me for broadcasting this message: Founders! Do. Not. Raise. Venture. Capital

I love the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. It was my fav growing up. Since then, I've founded several startups, was employee #3 at a $65m VC firm in SF, and realized that there is a similar phenomenon to what Robert Kiyosaki is talking about in Rich Dad Poor Dad currently occurring in Silicon Valley.
Let's tastefully call this phenomenon: Rich Founder Poor Founder.
The point of entrepreneurship is freedom. Yes it’s to build cool shit and innovate and all that, but at the end of the day the sort of person who becomes an entrepreneur is usually doing it because they want freedom to control their day and work on the things they care about.
A lot of people go out and start their first business and try to make it a venture backed startup. That’s the wrong move. That’s like going to the gym and trying to bench 250 lbs on day one. It’s not that you can’t build up to that, it’s just not the right move today. I think the right move is to start a business that can make you $100k+ per year in profit. It doesn’t matter if it can’t scale past that, it’s about building that foundation to give you the freedom to try new things. Fail at those new things and it doesn’t matter as you have that financial foundation. It could be something as simple as a consulting or a services business, or a digital product like a course, newsletter or subscription podcast. Anything that is high margin, simple and enabled by the internet.
VC’s may shit on lifestyle businesses but at the end of the day they collect a 2% yearly management fee regardless of their success and typically have a great lifestyle (once their fund size is above $100m AUM).
Ask yourself what’s an easier path to wealth and freedom?
Path 1: Venture backed startup
90% chance of $0.
Small personal income until scale, IPO or liquidity event.
Massive dilution. Most founders end up owning 5%-20%. $500m market cap = $25m-$100m for founder(s).
OR
Path 2: Lifestyle business
50% - 75% chance of success.
Pay yourself whatever you want out of profits over time.
If you can bootstrap your way to $300k/yr in profit and invest half of that ($150k/yr) at 10%/yr for 20 years = $9.6m + $150k/yr salary to enjoy your life with your family and friends. After 20 years, you can choose to sell that business or automate it and let it ride but with $9.6m invested in a conservative portfolio paying out 5% annually = $480k/year in interest or $40k/mo for you to live off without ever touching the principal nor sacrificing quality of life.
The definition of rich is having passive income that’s greater than your burn. I’m pretty sure we can all comfortably live off $40k/mo without ever having to leave the house.
But wait this isn’t a fair analysis as venture backed startups typically reach scale or a liquidity event in 10 years and you did 20 years for the lifestyle business. Fair, I’m sure after 10 years most of us can comfortably live off $20k ish/mo without ever having to work or touch the principal investment.
Most entrepreneurs start with one goal in mind: freedom. If you value freedom, you should have one goal for your first company, and that’s to build a lifestyle business that can produce $100k+/yr of personal income. It can be boring and it doesn’t have to scale. It sets yourself up for the foreseeable future and then you can afford to take big swings. Forget startups. Forget venture capital. Build something that gets you in the game and makes you a living first.‍
I think VCs may underestimate the extent to which mainstream entrepreneurship is a key input to outliers and moonshots. So many successful billionaire founders had a “never worry about rent again” moment via an exit in a much more boring business before swinging for a home run.
Elon Musk — before sending rockets into space and revolutionizing the auto-industry, Elon Musk was broke building Zip2 (online city guides for newspapers) before he netted $22m on the sale. Source
Patrick & John Collison — built Auctimatic: auction management software for small Ebay sellers, and sold it for $5m before going on to found Stripe, valued at $36b. Source
Mark Cuban — Before building and selling Broadcast.com for $5.7b and buying the Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban built a services business called MicroSolutions and sold it for $6m. Source
Mike Bloomberg — now worth $60b, Mike Bloomberg had a nice “never think about rent again” exit at 39 when Salomon was acquired by Phibro in 1981; he received $10 million. Bloomberg said “The Salomon Brothers did me the two greatest favours in my life. They hired me and they fired me.” Source
Daniel Ek — Spotify isn’t Ek’s first success. Daniel Ek became a self-made millionaire at age 23, before even putting a single thought into Spotify. At 23, Daniel Ek “retired” after he sold his online marketing company Advertigo to Swedish digital marketing firm TradeDoubler in a deal worth $1.25 million.
Alex Tew — started the Million Dollar Homepage to raise money for his university education. He sold 1 million pixels on a 1000 x 1000 pixel grid on his website for $1 per pixel. He ended up making $1,037,100 USD before founding the billion dollar meditation app, Calm.
Austin Allred — co-authored the growth hacking textbook Secret Sauce, which became a best-seller and provided him the personal seed money to build Lambda School, valued over $150m.
And countless others: Ev Williams (Blogger), Pincus (freeloader, support.com, tribe), Travis
Kalanick (Red Swoosh), Stewart Butterfield (Flickr), Jason Fried & DHH (37 Signals services business) etc.
All of these entrepreneurs built more of a lifestyle business or had a smaller liquidity event before they built a rocket (figuratively and literally for Elon). There is no greater security than knowing that no matter what risks you take, you have a business or enough cash in the bank to pay for your livelihood.
If you start by building a lifestyle business it will force you to build a product or offer a service that customers actually want. It forces you to create a monetization plan and it forces you to build a real business. By starting a lifestyle business it forces you to create something you’re passionate about and build an actual business that will actually help attract VC if that’s the path you choose to go down.
Renowned value investor and Warren Buffett mentor, Ben Graham, once said: “In the short-run, the stock market is a voting machine. But in the long-run, it is a weighing machine.”
AKA in the short term the market may value hype and narrative, but in the long term it always values real traction, revenue, earnings and margins.
We’re seeing this play out in the venture market today. In the last few years you may have heard startups raising at eyebrow lifting valuations and hiring large masses of employees. But behind the curtain their P&L is f*cked! They have little to f*ck all for revenue and huge expenses.
Founders often get attached to valuations and forget that when they sell the business, the weighing machine is the only thing that matters. The buyer has to have a way to pay themselves back, either via earnings, a future sale or strategic synergies.
Your venture valuation is irrelevant. Venture valuations aren’t backed by fundamentals and their funds have been compared to a ponzi scheme. Build a lifestyle business where results, traction, revenue, margins and earnings are the things that matter because at the end of the day, the numbers have to work with the weighing machine.
Pro tip: If you’re bootstrapping, you can still take advantage of venture capital by using all the VC subsidized software available on the market.
The internet is the greatest leveler of access to entrepreneurship society has ever seen. There is far too much focus on raising venture capital and creating 100–1000x outcomes and not nearly enough on leveraging the internet to empower entrepreneurs to build profitable and sustainable software-enabled lifestyle businesses.
TL;DR 'Rich Founder' is someone who creates a sustainable 'lifestyle business' with a high probability of success. 'Poor Founder' is someone who thinks they need to raise venture capital, a fancy office, big staff and a bunch of resources to succeed. Rich Founder has a probability of success and enjoys his/her life. Poor Founder is miserable and might as well go to a Casino and put it all down on Red 5.
As for my shameless plug: Here's a FREE community and resource hub to help more people become 'Rich Founders'.
